Spoiled products, runaround customer service
These guys do not stand behind their products. My wife received a “nourish” moisturizer that was clearly spoiled. It smelled like mildew and caused her to break out. She tried to get the company to fix the situation and they refused - they told her “the smell is not for everyone”. This patronizing garbage is not even remotely accurate or appropriate. My wife has used natural products for a good long while. This product is spoiled. Avoid this company.

Great product; great results
I just turned 75 and wanted/needed a skin care regime for older women. So I started using Naked and Thriving about 2 months ago. Serum and oil morning and night. A little goes a long way. At first I didn’t see any results. But since the products were a little pricey I continued using them. So glad I did. My skin is noticeably better. More firm, softer and glowing. Friends are wondering what I’ve been doing. Obviously I will continue. Goes well under makeup! Love the product.

Terrible customer service/return policy
I bought a set because I was trying to find something with fewer ingredients and more natural. I called as I didn’t notice a difference just before the 30’day return policy. I was told that some people need 60 days. So I called to return after 45-50’days and they didn’t find the call where I was told to try 60 days. They wer willing to accept the return and allow me more products for 70% what I paid. What?? It made no sense. Why would I want more product when what I was already using didn’t work. I would not buy, and document every thing so you don’t get shafted like I did.

Mine grew mold
My eye cream grew mold in less than 6 months. Naked and Thriving says it’s normal. I had to throw away a nearly full $70 jar and not so much as a store credit. Won’t buy from them again.

Excellent results in just over a month
I've been using these products for only over 1 month and not only my skin is smoother, it is also plumper and the finer lines around my eyes are diminishing. Love them. I truly believe that with consistency I will eventually rule out botox.

Empty Bottle!!
My order arrived and contained an empty bottle! I’ve emailed twice and completed a contact form, asking for help and heard nothing!! Not even an acknowledgment. I thought this was a good company but very disappointing as this product isn’t cheap.

Wrinkles are Fading Fast
After just a few weeks of using the Renew Serum, I’m already seeing a visible reduction in wrinkles. I’m in my mid-40s and have been a loyal Estée Lauder serum user for almost a decade. However recently I've felt my skin was aging faster than usual. I'm glad I made the switch to Naked and Thriving!

I have been ordering these products for…
I have been ordering these products for years and I know they work, however, I am very disappointed in the day and night serums as I notice the bottles are now only half filled. These serums now do not last long and for the amount of money I spend on them my bottles should be full as possible with serum. Please if naked and thriving reads this stop shorting your customers on the serums.

Not what I ordered. Not even close.
I purchased a gentle dry face brush, the gentle lymphatic contour brush. It’s like a dry body brush but for the face, unfortunately the item that came was not what I ordered, like at all. It resembled something cheap from Temu, not the branded item I was expecting. I have emailed multiple times, explained with pics, multiple times, only to be met with generic responses and to speak with a different team member every time then requesting the same information. I have since requested a refund as I have had enough dealing with team members requesting the same information every time. Read your emails, it’s not hard. I do not appreciate being made to feel like a number when it’s been 6 weeks now since I ordered and a month since I sent an email letting them know I had an issue. Sort it out guys.
