Availability of 39THIRTY Caps in Europe
Dear custumer service,I have been a loyal customer and passionate collector of New Era caps for many years, especially the 39THIRTY model, which I truly love for its fit and quality.While I appreciate the response from the customer care team, I am quite disappointed by the situation. Coming from the US, where there are over 1,000 different 39THIRTY models available, it is very frustrating to find such a limited selection in Europe (around 150 models).I understand there are licensing and regional distribution constraints, but from a customer perspective, it feels like being cut off from a large part of the brand’s offering.Unfortunately, due to this limited choice and the impossibility to order from the US, I will likely stop purchasing from the European website, which is disappointing given how much I value the brand.I truly hope New Era will consider expanding the 39THIRTY range in Europe in the future, as there is clearly a demand from dedicated customers like myself.

Delayed dispatch but now moving — awaiting delivery
Initially there were delays and the parcel had not been handed to DPD despite being promised dispatch within the week. Communication was also slow at first.However, after following up, customer support responded, provided tracking updates, and offered a 15% partial refund as an apology. The tracking has now started moving and delivery has been estimated within the next couple of days.

shocking
this mob are murder get my conformation email.with perfect delivery address .see dpd driver 2 stops away .then message vould not find address. so this mob email and say on my order I put flat number on first line of address the number street name .which still all good .but have email from DPD they dont print delivery label tjey deliver it .so DPD got flat number n post code no street number yet on order flat number and street number all on order form try and blame me for filling out wrong when black n white conformation email correct addy put number 15 put new era only send flst number

Repay too long
For the delivered its ok! But its the first Time i return my caps & for the repay its too much longer 15 days minimum
