Poor quality
My dress was sized wrong and looked like it was the material feom a cheap shower curtain made from temu. It truly seems like a dupe.

The dress was exactly as it looked on the site and the sizing description was very accurate pay attention to the measurements, dont go by what you usually wear go by the size chart they have or you will be returning a dress because it can't fit, check sizing recommendations for every dress as they are from different designers, they even have a consultation option, I recommend you do it if you can, I think thats amazing to have that option.

Dress Purchase
I spent $1400 on two dresses. The first dress I received from Johnathan Kayne was crumpled up into a plastic bag and when I tried it on, it had spotted grease stains on the back and the zipper was jammed and flawed. When I contacted customer service, the rep was amazing communication, and helping me solve the issue by returning the dress.Then I received the Rachel Allen gown today, and it was new and nicely folded in a plastic bag. The Rachel Allen dress was perfect.I do think when people purchase these expensive dresses, it should include protective dress bags, instead of just being delivered in a plastic bag.

I was sent an email as soon as it was sent. 7 days ago I bought another dress from you and I still have not received the shipping email. Couldn't recommend enough!!
The dress was GORGEOUS. Ordered 5 days before the event during prom season and staff couldn't me more helpful - they provided expedited shipping so I could receive the dress on time and were super communicative. Thank you!!!

The sizes are inconsistent and the materials are poor
The sizes are inconsistent. I have ordered numerous times and sizes seems to be either too big or extremely small for for the same size like size 2. Its not a good company to buy dresses. The return policy gives you so little time to return but the regular delivery time takes weeks. There are a lot of other online stores that are way better to shop with.

Scam
I got 2 dresses from them. The size didnt work and I tried to return. According to the chat, they could not accept the return because was a sale item. Than they offered to accept the return and change for store credit! According to the website they have easy return. It is basically impossible to buy clothes specially event dresses online- you need to try it on. Than they did accept the return, saying that they would charge me 15% of restock fee! This is not like business are done in US.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I purchased a size 2 in a dress as that was the smallest size when I'm usually a size 0. When I received it and tried it on it was surprisingly too small and needed to exchange it to a size 4. Unfortunate, but expected as that risk kind of comes with online shopping. They did not have that size in stock so I asked if they would be getting more. Turns out that they won't ever be restoking the size 4, so I requested a refund since they could not hold up their end of their exchange only policy. They refused so now I'm left with a dress that does not fit with no way to return or exchange it. I need this specific dress (which is available on a bunch of other websites in a size 4) to match the other bridesmaids, so their store credit does not work for me either. I would not recommend ordering from here. Not worth the risk.
