I was sent a txt message saying tried…
I was sent a txt message saying tried to deliver my parcel but I was not in. They didn’t and I was in. When the dude deliver it they delivered it to the wrong address!

It was easy to order
It was easy to order, my items were delivered on time with care. The item I sent back was picked up with no problems. It was an over all good experience.

I ordered two items
I ordered two items, joggers and a jacket. Very quick delivery and the joggers were a perfect fit but the jacket was too big. I arranged a return and the courier got confused thinking there should of been two parcels because of an error code. I had an email from next yesterday and they have not received it yet. I am worried that it is lost as it cost £90. I have never had a problem with next before and I am disabled and housebound so have to use online shopping.
