I wish I'd read the reviews before…
I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I eagerly waited for the items I'd purchased. Two weeks after I placed the order I received an email saying they were looking for a manufacturer. When I finally recieved the order some items described as cotton were 100% polyester and most didn't fit (I measured and followed their fitting guide carefully) I arranged and paid over $25 to return much of the order. They agreed to refund, but only $74 of the $106 I'd paid. So I was out $50- shipping and partial refund. of the 2 clothing items I kept one shrank the first wash and no longer fits. The other is a tank top. so in effect, I paid $50 for a cotton tank top. Paypal dispute did nothing except help communications, but 2 months after I returned the garmets, when I opened the case with paypal I actually got the refund..

This is a terrible company to deal…
This is a terrible company to deal with. The order took months to arrive, fabrics were not as advertised on website, eg, linen/cotton mix was in fact a cheap synthetic fabric. Sizes were completely wrong. The returns process was costly and again took months. They offered a refund, less than a third of the total cost, which did not arrive. They now tell me because the refund is overdue it cannot be sent and will only offer a voucher which I will not accept as I would never order from this company again and would advise people to avoid them at all costs.In addition I notice after I posted this review Nina Cloak posted a reply saying they had emailed me - be warned this was not an attempt at resolving the issue at all - this was just a repeat of their offer of a £30 voucher to use on future purchases - they completely refuse to reimburse any costs - what an utter scam.

This company ( if it is a company)…
This company ( if it is a company) seems to exist solely to defraud people in parting with their money. The product looks good online but what arrives does not resemble what you see on the photos. Reading the reviews I am very surprised that they have got away with it so far. There is absolutely no chance of getting your money back, they either do not reply to phone calls or emails or they offer you a fraction of the money spent in the form of a voucher to purchase more from them. I had not realised at the time I ordered that they were based in China, that would not normally have put me off but I future I will think twice.

This is a scam website
This is a scam website. Sending you trash quality/material items not what they show on their website. I have sent them mail to process the return of their stuff and refund my money in full, but never responded back. Please stay away from this scam company if you do not want to lose your money.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Never got the reply from them since I wanted to return the items. My advice to everyone is DO NOT order from this company. Products are below standard especially the fabrics. Please heed my advice since I’m out $101 because they did not send me info on the return label.

Cheap quality, bad customer service - don’t order there again!!
Also I had a really bad experience. Quality is really bad (fabric and the sewing), just a cheep version of the pictures in the Internet. Size were note delivered as ordered. Returning is impossible - and too expensive as they do not provide any ticket. I did not get a refund even that I wanted to return with original bags and tags. Customer service is not helpful at all, even that pictures with the issues were sent. Do not order there- it’s fraud.

This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. I ordered 2 items of clothing from ninacloak who said on its website was a company based in the US. Received an order confirmation and receipt and then nothing. Order said it would take 7 days to process and send, but that never happened. I emailed, and despite their auto reply saying I would be contacted within 72 hours I never heard from them again. Raised the issue with PayPal, and then miraculously ninacloak does make contact to say because of the “epidemic” there was issues processing my order and said they will send me a £10 voucher to spend on their website, but no refund or delivery. The scam is based in china or hongkong, as that was where the receipt for payment was sent from, but there is no ninacloak. PayPal got involved and they messed up too, as I only received back half of the money I sent as payment, but I cannot keep fighting for the rest, so these Chinese scammers can keep the other half, and I hope karma kicks down their door. Word of warning, I ordered from this company as a result of an advert I saw on Pinterest, so please be careful, not all advertisers are trustworthy, and would you believe I still receive scam emails from them with offers and sales to get me to part with yet more of my cash to line their scam my pockets

Please avoid this Seller
I ordered goods from Ninacloac in November 2021. Goods arrived to UK within 2 weeks as planned. I ordered 4 tops, a dress and a cardigan. When I opened the package I was disappointed strait away as all clothes apart from cardigan were just terrible looking fakes. All coloures and materials were not as on the puctures on website and looking really bad. Only cardigan looked as pictured on seller's website. I decided to send all back and rquested the return address which appeared to be in China. I sent all back and paid for return, but have not took insurance. That parcel never reached seller as they never confirmed return. Do I lost all money spend. I emailed customer service 4 times, вut respond was as if automatic message. So decided to get to terms with my lost money. Hope it helps somebody else.
