I should have know to NOT purchase from this company since they shut down their storefronts in 2018 and are now fully online. I purchased a pair of shoes from ninewest.com on 4/2/26 at 2:43 pm. At 6:36 pm, I received an email from them asking me to verify that it was me that placed the order. I verified yes. This morning (4/3) at 5:43 am I received another email from them saying that they canceled my order. They did not supply a reason for the cancellation. I called the customer service number they supplied and was told repeatedly by an AI bot that there were no reps for me to speak with and that I should email them and they will respond within 48 business hours. Wow! I am fascinated by how far this company has fallen. I will never shop with them again. Thanks Nine West for content I already knew. That yall suck now. Smh

Really disappointed with my experience. I accidentally selected the wrong size when ordering a pair of shoes and contacted the company immediately. Literally within a minute of placing the order. Despite reaching out straight away, I was told by Leah in Customer Care that their system is unable to make any changes once an order is submitted, not even something as simple as correcting the size.It’s very frustrating that a footwear company selling online has no ability to amend an order placed seconds earlier. Mistakes happen, and most retailers have systems or customer service processes in place to fix something this small. Instead, the response was essentially that nothing could be done.For a business selling products where sizing is critical, the lack of flexibility in their ordering system is really disappointing and makes the buying experience feel very customer-unfriendly.

Customer service does not respond. I’ve been waiting weeks and every 48 hours I follow-up, still no reply. They only have email as an option, no direct number to reach anyone. I tried DM’ing them on IG. Again, no reply. Avoid ordering from this site! If you ever need anything from customer service, you won’t get a response or any help!

The return details provided were not clear, and it turns out that there are limitations for happy returns that aren't listed. However, the experience was hugely redeemed by a customer service agent who was prompt in emailing me back and providing a solution. I really appreciated her help.

I’ve shopped at Nine West forever. I remember when they were still in the malls, and now they are just online, and I’m grateful that they still exist. I have a lot of Nine West shoes from before that have stood the test of time. I have read the reviews on this site and I haven’t had the same experience with the quality of the shoes or the customer service. I have a few pairs since they went only online and the quality has been fine. I do think that in general people need to take into consideration that quality is not what it used to be and so a slight reduction in quality I think can be expected from time to time. I have had an incredible customer service experience. Typically, you have a very short window (an hour) to cancel an order. I called the next day, and the customer service rep called the warehouse that ships out the parcel and had it cancelled for me, which I have never experienced with any company before .They also sent me a paid return label to return a pair of shoes that I had just bought - stunning, comfortable, just for some reason the sizing is off. I bought a 5.5 that fits like a 7, so something happened with that particular shoe. It is incredibly rare for companies to send a prepaid label as they shipped it to me for free so this is just an all around loss for them. I have noticed that some of the shoes on their site are not real leather, so i wouldn’t get those as I don’t expect the quality to be good, but I’m careful with what I buy and keep and everything has been great so far. Love the styles, the prices, and frequent sales.

Recently bought two pairs of heel for work. I am working 4 days a week mainly sedentary. The shoes have worn badly at the back. Basically the non leather lining has ripped and peeled off. Ninewest say I have damaged them. Not sure how as I have done nothing but wear them to walk and sit. I fed back to them as have actually been a customer for years, but they were not helpful.

My experience with Nine West has been a complete nightmare, and I feel it's my duty to warn other customers. I returned two pairs of shoes over a month ago. I used their designated return service, Happy Returns (a UPS service), which subsequently lost the package.Since then, I have been trying to get a refund from Nine West. I've emailed their customer service team multiple times over the past three weeks, providing all the necessary information and a clear explanation of what happened. I've also reached out to Happy Returns, who directed me back to Nine West, stating they could not help further.Despite my persistence, Nine West has provided no response. I have received zero communication from them, leaving me without the shoes and without my money. It is completely unacceptable that a company this large can ignore a customer for weeks on a refund issue that is clearly a result of their own vendor's mistake.Nine West, if you are reading this, please process my refund immediately. Your lack of communication and accountability is a shocking display of disregard for your customers. I will not be shopping with you again and urge others to consider this before making a purchase.

I’ve never experienced such poor customer service from a supposedly reputable brand. I had a simple refund issue that should’ve been resolved quickly, but it turned into a stressful, time-consuming mess. I had to chase the company multiple times over several weeks, only to receive vague, copy-paste responses that led nowhere. Their communication was inconsistent, unhelpful, and completely lacking in accountability. It honestly felt like they were just trying to wear me down so I’d give up. I’ve now filed a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities. No customer should have to go through this. I won’t be shopping here again – and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values their time or sanity.
