The numbers fell off!!

Unbelievably the numbers have fallen off. I thought I had bought a decent watch, costing bit of money, that was a treat to myself and would be rugged and last well. I dont wear watches much, so it has sat in a drawer for most of its life only coming out for things like weddings, so it has barely been used. For different reasons in the last two years, it was not used at all. I honestly think this watch was used maybe three or four times in its life. as per the title, I recently took it out to use and all the numbers bar 2 are rattling around encased in the watch. I have checked and their very limited warranty does not cover it. this is very disspoiniting, they are clearly not a reputable brand nor designed to last.

GREAT customer service

Asked for email help because my watch no longer provided tide display. They offered a solution which didn't work, but suggested watch needed new battery (no surprise after years of service). Astonished how particularly EASY the process was online to return the watch for battery replacement. THIS is REAL service, wish I had this type of customer SERVICE from ANY company. Super job, Nixon !

Non -existent customer service for a company selling supposedly good quality products.

My husband bought me a watch for Christmas as a gift. We have each contacted Nixon on multiple occasions to ask for more links and pins for the watch, we have had a response once where they asked further questions and then stopped responding. The other times we have had no reply. To buy a product which is not cheap and then be confronted by the worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time is shocking. All we want is to purchase another link and couple of pins to extend the strap but due to still not receiving a reply the watch remains unusable. We couldn't be more frustrated with Nixon and wouldn't purchase again based on our experience

Absolutely awful customer service - if you can call no response customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. I bought a watch for my wife for Christmas, however the strap broke so I contacted customer service and got an automated response asking for photos which I sent the same day. Since then I've had no response for almost a month despite me sending three follow up emails requesting a response. Avoid at all costs. It's turned a nice and thoughtful gift into a massive pain and extra admin I don't need.

Lisa was the best

Today I worked with Lisa in customer service and she was able to fix an issue from an old watch that was unrepairable. I love Nixon but was unsure how they would handle an issue with an old watch. Lisa was super pleasant and did a great job empathizing with the loss of my favorite watch (the Dork) because it was unrepairable and sent me code to replace it with another one. Keep working on bringing back the Dork Lisa and thanks for all your help. God Bless

From start to finish

From the very beginning, the entire staff has been absolutely friendly. I genuinely feel like I know them personally, almost like friends. The front office team is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and truly excellent at what they do. They respond quickly and are always ready to help in any way possible. I can’t say enough good things about this company. On top of all that, their watches are absolutely stunning, beautiful and high-quality pieces that truly stand out.

Amazing customer service

The customer service rep I spoke to was more than helpful. She went above her duties to make sure my order would make it to me in time. I placed an order with expedited shipping not realizing it would be longer due to engraving. I called and explained my need for this item. She personally went to the production department to find it and make sure that it would be shipped to me that day. It meant a lot to have someone be so passionate about their job and understand how important this was to me

25 year ex nixon customer

I have been a customer of nixon for over 25 years. I have personally bought 25 to 30 of there watches amd countless other of there items. That will definitely not be the case anymore. I have one of there automatic watches well had, which is a 1500 dollar watch if I remember correct not a cheap one by any means. Over the years I believe I have made 2 previous claims 1 of which was on this watch which they repaired and sent back. I recently got moisture in the case of this watch and sent it in to be repaired. After waiting about 3 weeks to a weeks to a mo th I called to check status of it. They just picked it up. I wait 2 more weeks call back to find out they cant repair it even though they are the only people to have ever serviced the watch and now it has water in it, it is not under warranty. They said it was still working they will send it back and a 40 percent off coupon. Almost 3 weeks goes by again I call to fine out where my watch is , still sitting on the shelf not shipped back. They finally get it back to me 2 days after that last call. These clowns of service people apparently thought it would be to tough to at least let the moisture out of my watch while they had it for over 2 months cause I receive it back with water in it still. So if it wasn't complete junk when I sent it in, it definitely is now. I cant express how disappointed I am in this experience but I will definitely find a new company to buy watches, belts, wallets, hats tshirts and sweatshirts from . I was not asking for anything for free just wanted them to dry my watch out thanks for the 1500 dollar paperweight.
