iphone 14 pro modern folio:Replacement
Had to get iphone 14 pro folio rustic brown replacement; they worked with me no problem and sent out replacement and emails keeping me up to date with process/delvery; it even was a final sale item and past 30 days-warranty. I love love my modern folio. The case is super smooth and nice shine to it. Also inside holds 3 cards and slit for cash. I love how it’s nagnatic/mega safe; i use no problem on my charging station; has to be placed horizontal bc cards top of is heavy from cards being in but not an issue at all. The nice leather smell is great as well. Easy to clean/condition with proper leather cleaning wipes. Perfect case fit to my 14 pro; tight but not so tight taking case off is hard-where could break phone. The case is very durable/protective. However as nomad says suggest screen protector so cards inside don’t scratch when case is closed. Highly recommend product and company.

Good watch band. bad phone case
Watch band is good but a bit stiff. takes some time for it to wear in. iPhone 17 case had a crack near the charger at the bottom. after searching online, it seemed like a common problem but support was not responsive sadly.

Impossible to leave you unsatisfied
I had a few purchases from them and everything was more than perfect. Top notch quality products (Apple products don’t even come close to their perfect quality), very good prices and 10/10 customer support. One time, the delivery company in my country messed up the order but customer support Nomad was quick af and very helpful. I got refunded in an instant and I didn’t even ask for it in the first place. I have only good things to say about Nomad. 10/10 will buy and continue to buy

In the end a disappointing purchase...
The overall experience was good and the products seem well made. I bought the traditional leather strap for my 49mm apple watch but the leather is so stiff that the watch is not flush with my wrist... This means the various blood pressure/oxygen measurements don't work because the gap is too large.It's too bad because the strap is well made otherwise and looks good.

I really like Nomad products
I really like Nomad products. My wallet locator card malfunctioned and stopped working. I went to their warranty page and immediately received a positive response and they sent me a new one. Great!

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service provided. They went above and beyond to find a solution to my problem. Although I had to send a few emails to gather the necessary information, they promptly resolved the issue within a couple of days. They not only fixed the problem but also provided additional assistance and support.
