I had a very disappointing experience with Nykaa Fashion. Their customer service is extremely poor and unresponsive. It’s very difficult to get proper assistance or timely updates on orders.My delivery was significantly delayed without any clear communication or accountability. Even more frustrating was the return process — the pickup of returned items was also delayed, causing unnecessary inconvenience and follow-ups from my side.Overall, the entire experience felt unprofessional and stressful. I expected much better service from a well-known platform, but sadly, it did not meet basic customer expectations. I would not recommend ordering from Nykaa Fashion until they improve their logistics and customer support system.

Very disappointed with this so called Nykaa I do lots of online shopping with other goods brands never faced any issue with return and refund .same day refund money gets credited into account but with Nykaa it’s been 20 days my refund is not reflecting in my account it’s not a small amount 7k product .First time I shopped from this website and very disappointed with service .

Nykaa fashion ..Extremely disappointing experience with Nykaa Fashion. After days of delays and constant follow-ups, I was left with no option but to cancel the order myself.I even escalated the issue to the grievance redressal officer, yet there was no proper resolution. It honestly felt like the situation was being dragged to a point where I would cancel from my side.Because of this, I couldn’t even gift it on the occasion it was meant for, which completely ruined my plan. I lost several days waiting with no clarity or support.What’s even more concerning is that this happened around financial year-end, which makes the whole experience feel questionable and poorly handled.After cancellation, there is absolutely no impact on them—but the customer is the one who faces the inconvenience and loss of time. Very poor service and lack of accountability.

I had a very disappointing experience at Nykaa store. I purchased products worth around ₹7,000, including two lip glosses and two eyeliners, all at regular price (not on sale).On the same day, I returned to the store because my daughter did not like the shades. The products were completely unopened and in original condition. Despite this, the staff refused to accept the return, stating there is no return policy.This is extremely frustrating and unfair. Customers are not clearly informed about such strict policies at the time of purchase. Refusing returns for unused, same-day purchases shows a lack of customer care and flexibility.Very poor service and disappointing experience. I will think twice before shopping here again.

Worst shopping website ever!! They are liars.. I have called their customers care 4 times to pick up my return everytime there's same answer it will be picked up. It's been more than 9 days but nobody has come to pick up.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I placed a prepaid order on 17th March with an expected delivery date of 19th March, and now it’s been over a week with no delivery. This is completely unacceptable.I have called customer support multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue, they keep suggesting cancelling or rescheduling the order. Why should I cancel when I already paid in advance?Also, the delivery partner you’ve tied up with is terrible. They don’t even bother to call properly. I keep receiving messages saying “customer not available,” which is completely false. Either they give a missed call and disconnect immediately, or sometimes don’t call at all. By the time I try to answer, the call is already gone, and then they update the status as if I was unavailable.just now I got message today the person is unavailable again but I haven't received any callAt least have the basic courtesy to call properly when you are out for delivery. Not everyone is holding their phone 24/7 waiting for your call. A proper call or even a second attempt is the bare minimum expected.Overall, this has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend ordering from here, especially prepaid orders.

The nykaa deliver partner biltz has shown fake deliver successfully delivered..The order was never delivered.. when raised with support nykka they informed we cannot do this because they have come up with some policy of 5 days enquiry.. such a bad expression here.I contacted on 9 the day was a night mare to me and now money is gone. They are bluffing with this 5 days policy but they fail to check with delivery partner.. that otp was not shared then how the partner marked successful

Many times i am facing the problem the delivery guys dnt deliver the order to us and by themselves they give the fake reason saying that customer refused it they wont call us or they dnt even update us regarding the order which should have been delivered and completely fake reason and many times i have called the customer care service of nykaa and they will be saying the same dialogue we will work on keeps on saying but still they have not worked on it so they have returned my order because of the delivery guy's negligence and now when i order by themselves they are cancelling the order and saying to do the prepaid method i dnt want to do because the delivery guys are giving the fake reason and if i do the prepaid method and then my money wont be getting to me so i dnt want this to happen worst experience i have faced many time so i am uninstalling the Nykka app never will use it again i have attached the picture for the reference with the nykaa customer care service

If I could give -1 would! Ordered a Kama ashwaras replinishing Body oil which is quite expensive, got a massage oil- wrong item. My return request was rejected, despite sharing a photo of what was rec'd. On customer chat, they refused point blank to return or refund, said their team is saying they have dispatched what was ordered, when I asked them why would I log a complaint, no responsePls do not waste ur money, these folks seem to b wil ful cheaters. From the date of receipt of good, which was a moving target, to sending wrong items , they seem to not b ethical players. Sure way to give urself heart burn n LOOSE MONEY Deserve to shut down.
