Eyeliner basically never comes off (not good way)
Their eyeliners while good don't ever come off even with makeup remover. Have to dig out your own eye to get this stuff off and just leaves you with irritation and eyelash fatigue from aggressivly trying to get it off since if you try to wipe it off normally youre left with cheetah patterns basically on your eyelids. Happens every time with their liquid eyeliners and have never had this issue with others

What is wrong with a wand
The cant stop won't stop powder is amazing and so is the bare with me concealer - I actually spent years looking for one that worked for my dry skin and still actually covered something - BUT I could write pages of threats to whoever decided on a pump bottle. Who decided not to use a normal wand? I have to repot it into a wand bottle from amazon. Also on the powder the writing tubs off but I dont really care about that.

i love the lip liners, but they keep on changing the formula, i need my old mauve lip liner formula back, i don’t like the new one at all

NYX COSMETICS IS VERY DISHONEST. REFUND ISSUED ONLY AFTER COMPLAINT FILED WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
⭐ 1 star — Refund only issued after bank disputeNYX sent me the wrong items. I returned them with a valid shipping receipt and kept detailed documentation of emails and multiple phone calls, including dates and names of representatives.Despite this, NYX did not issue my refund. Only after I filed a bank dispute did they issue a partial refund, followed later by an additional $0.05. The refund was eventually completed, but only because of the dispute—not because NYX resolved it appropriately.The most troubling part was NYX’s response to the Better Business Bureau, which contained statements that were inaccurate and contradicted my documentation. Instead of taking responsibility for their error, the company provided misleading information.I ultimately received my money back, but the process involved delays, misinformation, and a lack of accountability. Based on this experience, I will not purchase from NYX again.

I contacted NYX customer services to…
I contacted NYX customer services to raise a concern about a brow pen being faulty.I had no proof of purchase, so Boots advised me to contact the NYX.Following my submitting details /lot number etc (which a boots employee suggested having herself seen the pen was faulty). NYX requested I... "kindly return to Boots to ask they search their system for a duplicate receipt..." .I felt this to be ridiculous response, and did not feel it was reasonable for me to ask this of a large Boots branch, for makeup with a cost of £11.99.

Eye shadow not true to colour
Upon using for the first time...the colour on application is hardly visible...no matter how much more is applied...much much lighter than the compact colour's show...its going in the bin...

Nyx buttemelt bronzer/blusher crumbles very…
Nyx buttemelt bronzer crumbled very easily and so does the blusher, therefore you end up wasting it because it goes everywhere. I did purchase twice to give it another chance incase it was a faulty batch,but would not waste my money again as yet again same result. I leave all my make-up in my case at home as I cannot redo in work, I would somewhat understand if it had been in my bag, my boots bronzer has never done that even when I put in my case for holidays. I reported to Nyx via email I did not request a replacement but to make them aware as I cannot be the first this has happened too Nyx were not interested, they should listen to what their clients experiences with their products are like whether good or bad.

They lied about their product
I've never purchased NYX cosmetics before and I never will again based on the fact that the micro brow pencil does not do what they said on their packaging that it would do. The packaging stated brake resistant, smudge resistant, waterproof, all day wear. It not only smudged but it actually wiped off! Very disappointed in the product that cost over $13. I won't be trying anymore of their product

Website try on doesn’t work
I bought a foundation of theirs from Walmart that was too light for me and they don’t sell the item on their website anymore. Frustrating. Also the virtual try on doesn’t work in their website. I have bought good products from them so I might try again.
