Great Customer service.
They originally sent me the wrong fragrance. And immediately made it right by sending me the correct one, and not asking for the one they originally sent me back. The situation was made right in just 24 hours. Excellent customer service.

⭐I’ve been a buyer of high‑end perfumes for years, often spending upwards of $500 on a single bottle. After buying my first Oakcha fragrances, I can confidently say this brand has become my absolute favourite. The scents are rich, unique, and of quality — truly incredible lasting scent some even better than the $$$$$ one's. I will definitely be purchasing more. Oakcha has completely exceeded my expectations. Absolutely amazing im hooked love them

5/5 customer support! I’m obsessed with so many Oakcha fragrances! They last all day and I get so many compliments. I recently received Carmel Brew and it immediately became my new favorite! UNFORTUNATELY the bottle was leaking so I reached out to support and they were so fast and kind on helping me get a replacement. I appreciate how fast and easy they resolved the problem.

The best
I have ordered from Oakcha twice. My first order was Heavens Speak. I truly love that perfume. It arrived quickly and in great do condition. The box the perfumes come is also cute and a great touch. I just ordered Ironleaf and it arrived with a leak which happens. Honestly I wasn’t mad but decided to just reach out to Oakcha to make them aware. A customer representative emailed me back in under two hours and a few minutes later they were sending me a new bottle. I truly appreciated the quick response and kindness showed by Liam the representative I spoke with. I will definitely continue to support this company!

Pathetic…
Will you please have someone from Oakcha give me a call. We have been back and forth with my refund request for two months, despite the fact that I uploaded the receipt showing my return, despite the fact that a representative at Oakcha verified that they received the order, and despite the fact that I do not have the product but you do. I am not going to pay for a product that you all have and that I do not want and that I sent back within the 30-day time period for a refund and that I have asked you repeatedly to contact me about so that we can resolve this through Affirm.com. Even the Better Business Bureau said it reached out to you on my behalf and on behalf of the case I filed, and there was no reply. The anxiety this case has caused me over the past two months is extreme and pathetic.

The Oakcha fragrances smell cheap
The Oakcha fragrances smell cheap, I will never buy dupes again; should have listened to that voice inside saying... don't do it you will regret it. I should have listened, only stick to name brands. Also, customer service sucks and would not respond to any of my emails requesting a return and refund. These people are scammers.

Travel atomizers
I know the travel atomizers are not on their website anymore but if you were lucky enough to get one when ordering I’m sure you would agree that they are very well made and better than more on the market. I hope they make it as a regular item to their shop.

So good! You’ll love them
So far I’ve ordered 6 perfumes from Oakcha and they all smell amazing!! My favorite scent is Burberry Her and Oakcha’s Nebula smells identical. It lasts the whole day too! Customer service is awesome as well. Fast and easy 👏🏻 I’d give 10 stars if I could.
