Diana in Guildford was so helpful
Diana in Guildford was so helpful - I couldn’t decide on what cushions, plants and side table and she was very patient , made lots of suggestions and didn’t pressure me to decide. Really pleased with my purchases .

We were buying lamps for the bedroom

Price reduction at time of delivery
Happy with the product but had to wait weeks for it to be delivered and at the time of delivery the product had been reduced in price …. Had I been using the chairs for two weeks before they were reduced in price that would have been a different matter but to receive them and on that they were selling at £370 each x 2 whereas I had paid £495 … I believe I should be reimbursed for the difference. Please advise. Many thanks Anne

Exceptional Service
A delightful young lady Ellie served me today. She was very helpful finding all the products I wanted. She took care unwrapping and checking every item for me and I didn’t feel under pressure to rush. She specifically checked an item that was reduced so I received the discount and final helped me to carry all my bags to the car. What super customer service often hard to find these days. Very expensive delivery charges
I love my 2 small side tables. However, your delivery charges are way overpriced. £85 for a 3rd party delivery driver to hand them over at the door! I expected for that price they would be delivered by OKA, unpacked and checked. I also object to your policy of the more you spend the more you charge for delivery. One table would have been £70, 2 tables cost £85. Either way it was one trip to our door by the delivery guy so not sure how you justify the extra £15? Even to have them delivered to store was going to cost me £50. I'm sure it puts a lot of people off purchasing from you.
