My experience with Olaplex is great…

My experience with Olaplex is great I’ve been using Olaplex for 4 years plus and never had any problems with any products I have overactive thyroid and one of side effect is to lose some hair but I have never in all the time I have been using Olaplex shampoo conditioner also no.3 and no.0 I haven’t lost one hair in fact it makes my hair look a lot thicker so I am very happy with the products.

Used olaplex and it was damaging my hair. Reached out to customer service in OCTOBER and was told to send receipt and other things which I did and still haven’t heard back! How disgusting is this? It’s now MARCH!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

I wish I read the reviews

I wish I had read the reviews before the purchase. Such an expensive product. I got No. 1 and No. 3, and they did nothing for my hair. Waste of money.

Twice Burned, Zero Lessons Learned

Absolutely terrible experience. The last time I ordered, my package never arrived because the delivery company suspended it due to “possible dangerous goods.” I decided to give this company another chance, and unbelievably, the exact same thing happened again. This clearly isn’t a one-off issue — customer service must know this keeps happening, yet nothing is being done to fix it. It’s beyond frustrating to deal with the same problem twice and still be left out of pocket. I’ll now be contacting my bank to try and recover my money. Needless to say, I will never order from this company again.

The scammed me for more then $300

The scammed me for more then $300The worst technical support I've ever seen. The company missed the address in my account and sent to another address 3 paid packages and refuse to refund my money. The asked me to file the claim with USPS , then they asked me to file a Lost package , Iэму sent them all the emails I've received from USPS and guess what ? They asked me to file a claim with USPS!!!!! I Filed a chargeback with my bank and waiting for my money. I won't buy from them again!

Rubbish customer service

I placed an order on 9 Dec, which DPD failed to deliver on two occasions. I have emailed Olaplex every day for three days and heard nothing back, and I’ve heard nothing from DPD either. Not sure how I’m going to get a refund when I can’t get hold of the company. Really disappointed by this experience, certainly can’t recommend them

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. Placed an order on 24th November and it still hasn’t been shipped. Attempted to contact Olaplex via email and then chat. No response to my email and the moron representative couldn’t tell me anything other than that I’ll receive a notification when it has been shipped. Declined to escalate the issue. Advised me to email support (which I’d already done) to escalate it.

Shipping delays

The shipping timeframe of 1-4 days is not accurate. From the Black Friday sales in Australia expect significant delays. Their response “ We want to let you know that your order is experiencing a delay. Our Australia warehouse is currently handling higher than usual volume, which has slowed processing times.We understand how frustrating it can be to wait, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. Your order is secured in the queue and will ship as soon as possible.”I have ordered in the past outside of special sales, and it was processed within their standard 1-4 days with a tracking number available. Some delay I understand but I’m now at 2 wks and no shipping confirmation. I think it’s best if they inform ppl of delays vs no contact. Who knows if and when the product will arrive.

I should have checked this website before ordering. Ordered 10 days ago, and still no notice that it has been send. Also not possible to get in contact with customer service!
