No shipment, no reaction
I ordered a T Shirt on Feb 22nd and paid for fast delivery within 8 days. Now, 25 days later, still no shipment. I contacted the service twice by email, zero reaction. It seems to be a fake shop, don’t buy!!

Great help
My wife and I ordered from this company and had a wonderful experience. Our order came quickly and she was assisted throughout the process with any questions she had. While we did have to return the item due to fit, customer service helped out with that as well. We are a little older and sometimes shopping online can be difficult. The service team did a great job and was very helpful. We will be shopping again soon.

Bad customer service
I debated long and hard over a dress that was final sale. I agonized over whether to purchase an XS or a S. My measurements actually fell into the XS but I decided I’d rather go a little large and have it tailored if need be rather than have a dress that I couldn’t wear. I received the size S and it was sooo tight. The size chart said XS but I would need a M since even a S was too tight. I’ve never worn a Medium in my life. Their size chart was definitely off. They would not even do an exchange based on my claim that the chart was way off for the garment. so now I own a $310.00 dress which I can’t wear. I wasn’t asking for a refund just asking for a good will exchange based on their faulty size chart. I will never purchase from this company again. Very disappointed in their customer service. This is no way to encourage loyalty and good will.

Poor Service Updates
With limited communication there has been no update on when I will receive my item. The skirt has not been shipped/ or shipping information has not been provided. The skirt is showing sold out on the website. All communication from CS has been limited with little details.

never received by order or the courtesy…
never received by order or the courtesy of a call back or email response re: my order for which I paid in full nearly a month ago. I have left multiple messages and emails and no received no response. The worst customer service ever!!!!!
