I do not understand why you do not ship…
I do not understand why you do not ship blind on custom label, but on stock labels.If you shipped to a customer, and they see it is from you, they may decide to go direct to you and cut out the middleman.I deal with other very label printing companies that always ship blind if I ask.

Once again my order hasn't been shipped…
Once again my order hasn't been shipped when advised.Item in stock ordered at 12pm March 18th, with the promise "Quick Turnaround Time, Place your order before 16:00 GMT and your in-stock items will dispatch the same business day."Yet here I am still checking my order on 23rd March that's been "Ready to Despatch" for 4 days now.Shocking, lying service yet again.

If I Have The Opportunity, I Will Use Them Over & Over
I recently had a crisis where I printed 2000 flyers with a QR code that I hadn't been told was due to expire in seven days. After having already distributed hundreds of them, I needed a fix, so I began looking for a solution I could afford out-of-pocket.I found ONlineLabels.com through a simple Google search, located the right-sized label within seconds, shelled out around $24 (a small fraction of the cost to reprint my full-color glossy flyers), and hoped for the best.They promised I'd have them by the following Tuesday. I got them overnight. I worried that such inexpensive stickers might not be thick enough to cover the old QR code. They turned out to be even heavier-duty than I imagined. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find a template and set up my master sheet fast enough to get the stickers out there before people walked away with the "old" flyers. A live, in-person OnlineLabels rep set me up and, ten minutes later, I was ready to print.In an era when quality and customer service are almost nowhere to be found, OnlineLabels.com really stands out. I actually wish I had more need for labels, because I have loved doing business with this company the past few days!

Consistently Excellent Quality for Years
I’ve been ordering from OnlineLabels for a couple of years now and they have consistently been excellent. The label quality is always professional, durable, and prints beautifully. Ordering and paying was easy, but l didn't receive a preview of the label. I would like to see what I am getting, so l can approve. I don't want to be stuck with something I can't use.

Disappointed
I would say that normally I get good service, but the orders have been slipping over the last few. Product is still good, but production time has been taking longer, and it's a waste of money to pay for faster shipping since OL takes longer to produce. I continued to order based on their quick turnaround...you'd have thought paying for next day shipping would have been a tip off that I needed the product fast. They mailed it Friday afternoon, now my "next day" turns out to mean Tuesday. In the future I'll be forced to consider alternative printers if I need something quickly.
