Oofos changed manufacturing process. Now HORRIBLE.
Oofos used to be the absolute best shoes for my foot pain. Actually the only shoes I could wear. So soft and squishy. Like walking on marshmallows. I just ordered two new pairs and they are horrendously, horribly uncomfortable. It's like they've put concrete into the soles. They are absolutely no longer recovery shoes. More like torture shoes now. What in the world did the company do! Why would they have changed a comfortable shoe into whatever this product is now? Needless to say I took both pairs back to the store. While there I tried on all different models and all but one of them is unwearable now for me. Of course the only one that was comfortable was one I already had and didn't need another. So now I'm trying to find some kind of shoes that are soft and actually comfortable since oofos are no longer wearable for me. I am very very sad about this and disappointed in the company. Bad move!

Absolutely worst experience
Absolutely worst experience they were advertised as recovery/around the house slip on well they spread out so much and I’m not overweight or anything like that so she agrees to me waiting for the same color they need it to come back in three months checked several times a week I finally call she got nasty it’s 3 months no returns click hangs up just nasty !

A friend loves her oofos and…
A friend loves her oofos and recommended I get a pair. Most users said the slides ran true to size, but mine are so tight I can barely get them on. They have proved dangerous on carpet for me, as they are awkward to walk in and sort of "stick" if you walk normally and don't fully pick up your feet, and they caused me to trip and fall. I do not like them at all, plus they're gross, they rub off the skin on the bottom of your feet, even though I keep mine well groomed, and they pick up carpet fibers and other stuff, it's really disgusting. I think they are overpriced and dangerous. I just threw mine away, what a waste of money. Another pair I bought at the same time, they have a cloth upper, the arch support sits in the wrong place and they provide no support-- or rather--bad support, and I wear those only to trash them in the garden. I don't get the hype about this brand, I am not impressed.

Sizing off and returns expensive
Wish I had read the reviews here. Purchased from Oofos.ie but it's coming from the uk I believe. Sized up but they were still miles too small so went to return. Saw that I had to bear the cost of the return. Accepted that and took it as my own misadventure. Noticed that when my refund arrived I was shortchanged and saw they had deducted the original shipping cost plus tax. So I got stung twice for shipping. Considering their sizing is so wildly off, I wouldn't take the chance of purchasing again since the return cost is mad expensive

Not a good investment!
Provided reason comfort following heel surgery, but just a couple of weeks in, the insole has patches of awful discoloration which I can remove. There are signs of deterioration of the major cushioned arch support area. Was initially impressed, but won’t be ordering again.For the extravagant cost, very dissapointed.

I purchased these shoes less than a month ago and have been disappointed with their durability and performance. I am frequently on my feet, and while they initially provided short-term comfort for my plantar fasciitis, that support did not last. Within weeks, the shock absorber began protruding through the insole, and the shoes have already become significantly worn down.Additionally, the material soils quickly and no longer provides adequate support or cushioning. Instead of relieving discomfort, they now contribute to foot pain and excessive perspiration. Based on my experience, this product does not appear to be designed for frequent or long-term use.

AMAZING FOOTWEAR ... SUPER COMFORTABLE
I do not understand the negative reviews about OOFOS. I have been wearing these for a couple of years and they have been amazing for various foot problems and are sooo comfortable. I've always had good delivery and returns. I currently have plantar fasciitis for the first time and these sliders enable me to walk pain free, without them I'm in agony. AMAZING SHOES!

Very bad customer service and the company
Very bad customer service , I ordered a pair of slipper and paid shipping as well , order just delivered today and it is in used condition dirt stick at the bottom and somebodies hairs sticking, upon requesting a replacement or return , they will return but without the shipping fee which I paid , and I can order new one and pay shipping fee again for it . was it my mistake I got used pairs of slippers ? Why do I pay shipping fee for it and also why do I pay shipping fee again to order new one ? I had waste so much time with the customer service which was no help At all and in the end they stop responding . Won’t recommend anyone to buy it , it was a hype in my family as they advertised but I have aware them never to buy from oofos .

zippo customer service
zippo customer service. sent in a simple (and i would hope positive) e-mail request, asking if they still carried a model of shoe I had previously purchased (and was happy with). if they no longer carried it, what would they recommend as a closest replacement - at this point i was a happy customer.automatic acknowledgement, no response. then a survey asking if i was happy with their response. i filled it out, said i was not, and repeated the request. two days later, tried again via chat - what a bounce around. looking at Kane shoes as a replacement. perhaps an HBR case study of how to loose a customer?.cheers

Oofos slides - AVOID
Bought a pair of Oofos slides at Paragon Sports in NYC, brought them home to SA and on first try-on the rubber split, rendering them useless. Contacted US and Int'l customer support to ask for a return or exchange at South African agent, but nothing. Flat-out refused, even after I showed images, till slip and date of purchase within warranty. Poor quality, bad service and huge disappointment.
