A company that will sell you defective products, and then tell you it's your problem, and you should've spent more on some package protection they didn't even offer on the purchase pages. The package & mail wasn't the issue, it was the company selling something with broken glass INSIDE it with no outside damage. "Sorry, warranty's only for batteries, not our defects and faulty products. Sucks to be you." In this economy, ripping people off? I wish I found this review site earlier, I hope it gets a lot more public views & is posted when people search for products. The product is completely unused, & they rather screw over customers over less than $30. I hope they get sued into the ground, and go bankrupt. We don't need companies like Ooze. And their product life spans sucks.

Their warranty is a scam- if you don't purchase one of oozelife's chargers (even if they tell you you're able to use any USB-C charger) they won't honor it. They also list cartridge leakage as one of their claim reasons- but it isn't something they cover. The Duet I purchased from them pulled very weakly from the very beginning but still somehow burned through cartridges quickly while trapping the smoke inside. They also make you submit your government ID to make a warranty claim- after all the hoops I jumped through and reassurance I got from customer service that my issue was covered through warranty, it was denied- but not until after they got all my information. I would never recommend Oozelife's products to anyone I know. $35 down the toilet for what immediately became a VERY sticky, poor-quality disposable.

I bought an ooze cart battery and it doesn’t work, i’ve tried to charge it several times. None of the lights turn on unless it’s connected to the charger.

Sells junk with no support. I have reached out several times for product support and heard nothing back. The ooze drought is a terrible vape for outdoor use. The led screen is so dim it can’t be seen in sunlight. Considering that it is a portable vape one would assume it is good for music festivals, day at the beach etc but without a way to tell if it’s on or off or to see how much time is left on the countdown timer or to tell the battery life, makes this useless for outside use. Go with a more reputable company like Arizer or Pax

They had to help me fill out the warranty because the codes wouldn’t load. I bought (2) Tankers 12/10/2025 and one isn’t holding a charge for more than an hour. The claim process is stupid. You have to take a picture of a picture ID, the item with the charger, the receipt and date of purchase. I went back and forth doing that and the information disappeared so then I had to start over. It’s by design.I have a profile from when I made the purchases and it shows “no past purchases?” They respond to nothing. I’ve emailed them the email of the day they helped with the warranty. That’s not proof of purchase? I went to my medical cannabis dispensary and bought a battery for $6.00, and I have no problems with it. Bye to your small BS business that will sink to the bottom from these terrible reviews. FAFO I’ll never buy ONLINE for my medical mj vape battery again. It’s a rat race. Pulsar sold it to me, so they suck equally. Don’t buy from these gulags.

Recently purchased the brinks dry herb battery and very disappointing. The company makes good concentrate batteries and 510 car batteries but dry herb batteries they need to work on. I can’t return it either more money out the window.

I bought two items, the Duplex 2 and the Verge, both were extremely scratched. The faceplate on the duplex 2 is so sharp someone is going to slice their finger open. I've written several emails and they say they don't do refunds for cosmetically damaged items and on any opened and used items. So riddle me this, how in the world are you going to know if your item is damaged if you don't open the package. For the record I did not even use these items. I literally opened the box open both of the packages and they were both severely scratched. So their quality inspection obviously sucks and they don't care about producing outstanding products or retaining happy customers for that matter. I advised them that I would be posting to social media and I will be happy to let all my veterans know to never purchase from this company. I bought several other things with them and I will never ever waste my money on such poor quality items. If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would.

Bought the Hover and it did not arrive on time. The website said 2 day shipping that's all it said. After you actually order and pay for it then it tells you shipping is 2 to 5business days. I tried to cancel the order. You cannot cancel. You have to wait for it then return it. Will never shop here again.

Do Not Purchase total ooze products are junk I gave 1 star because there's no zero option I recently ordered a dry herb vaporizer worked only a few times and never worked again there's zero customer service and only through email that takes them days to respond to and when they finally do it's not with a solution or service of any kind it's them asking you to do things for them that their staff should handle when after over a month you finally lose it they threaten to block you good riddance glad to be blocked from the people who give marijuana users a bad name
