Bad service, bad room, dirty,

AC was broken, loud noise, no cooling,remote was missing.Fan was not there in room.No mirrors, No geyser, No any bathroom accessories like tissue paper, soap, etc.Blood and dirty stain on bed. Smells so bad.Bathroom was dirty. Seems some one using in absence of customer. Might be staff using.Overall experience -5. Never like to go that place.

I recently booked a OYO HOTEL at HOTEL OYO PADMAVATHI PURAM, THIRUPATHI. I have never stayed in such a useless OYO Hotel in my life. Such a lousy Hotel where there are no basic facilities are provided

I recently booked a OYO PADMAVATHI at PADMAVATHI PURAM TIRUPATI. I never stayed in such a lousy Hotel where basic facilities for customers are provided. Dirty linens, room full of Mosquitos, Dirty Bathroom & Toilet, Gheyser not working, totally unhygienic room where one should never stay. Don't cheat customers by cheating photos & putting false facilities available. We are paying you money for a good & comfortable stay, but you are providing third rate Hotels projecting it as very good hotels, this misguiding customers. Will never book OYO HOTELS with my bitter experience. Don't trap customers projecting false & non existent facilities.

Oyo day by day it's very discuting service provide in the app shown another nice picture to attract people for book a room then hotel manager given like shit n in oyo stuff they don't know how to deal with the customer or behav very uneducated people now am going to share few pictures in oyo room what we book n what they are provide

Very horrible experience. I booked Deluxe rooms in Andheri Mumbai for three nights and vacated next day, due to the following 1. Room different than photos2. Full dusty, not cleaned3. No maintenance 4. Smelly, no exhaust system 5. Rats & insects in room.6. Poor support from OYO help

We stayed in Nagpur Oyo super townhouse…

We stayed in Nagpur Oyo super townhouse central bazar road ramdaspeth.The staff were very rude . The room was pathetic. I would have given a negative rating if there is an option . First of all the oyo team asked to make 25% payment and said your booking will be confirmed, Rest you can pay once you reached. Before reaching the hotel we called them to inform that we are checking in a little late. The pathetic manager says that please pay the full amount then only the booking will get confirmed otherwise you have to look for any other option, That means if we have not called him then he would have given the room to someone else inspite of given an advance payment. The room was full of cockroaches not at all clean. While flushing the toilet, water was coming out of it and also they had given us a last corner room because we have already done the full payment, because they knew that we cannot do anything now.If we asked for something they give us half an hour later. Neither the service was good nor the room. And the attitude of the manager was literally pathetic. I would recommend not to choose oyo rooms and specially this property in Nagpur. The review given in other websites are paid reviews I feel.

had a horrible experience with OYO Rooms in Jaipur. I would honestly not recommend anyone to use this app.The hotel I booked was extremely dirty — from the washroom to the floors, everything was unhygienic and poorly maintained. The room conditions were completely different from what was shown in the photos on the app.On top of that, when I requested a refund due to the poor condition, there was no proper support from OYO. Customer service was unhelpful and the entire process wasted my whole day.Very disappointing experience. Please think twice before booking.

Totally fraud company…i paid 25% fees as advance as i called the customer service number….but I could not find the hotel location…so i called the customer care and they said that it could not be refunded due to some policy …they are scammers .

Extremely Poor and Misleading Service

Extremely Poor and Misleading Service – Do Not Trust OYOI had a terrible and stressful experience with OYO. I booked this hotel because my mother recently had surgery and cannot walk properly. The OYO website clearly said the hotel has an elevator, which was the main reason I booked.However, before visiting the hotel, I contacted the hotel manager directly and was informed that the hotel has never had an elevator. This is false information and very misleading, especially for elderly or disabled guestsI called OYO customer service multiple times to cancel the booking, but they kept transferring my call and then disconnecting. No proper help, no solution, no empathy. Because of this, I had to book another hotel urgently, which caused extra stress and extra money loss.This is false advertising and very irresponsible. I want my full refund immediately.I strongly advise people not to book through OYO if you care about accurate information and customer support. This was my worst hotel booking experience ever.
