I purchased almost $1000 of light…

I purchased almost $1000 of light switches from Ozarke and multiple were faulty, along with confusing verbiage for 2 vs 3way use. Their return process is very cumbersome and frustrating. They now tell me the faulty wire is my fault and won't replace the item. Along with this, they require videos of issues for a return (which I cannot do because I had to have my electrician disconnect it). I have never experienced such difficult customer service to fix simple problems. Please do not use this company.

Ordered Lamp to wrong address-Problem sloved

I mistakenly ordered a lamp and sent it to the wrong address. MJ, the Ozarke rep, was prompt in solving the issue. Although the order for the lamp had already been fulfilled, they were able to turn the package around while it was in transit from UPS. Have confidence when ordering and receiving customer support when ordering

Fraudulent brand, low quality and horrible customer service

Fraudulent brand, do not buy.1. They claim their material is real wood but it's synthetic.2. The lamp they sent me had a manufacturing defect, impossible to assemble.3. They promised me a fully-covered return where I "wouldn't have to spend a penny" to return the lamp. Ended up needing to pay to print the return label and they refused to reimburse me.

Promised a Refund but then Ignored for Months

This is an updated review. I purchased from Ozarke last year, 2025 and have been attempting to resolve the issues they caused since January. What should have been a straightforward resolution has turned into months of delays and unfulfilled promises.In WRITING, Ozarke explicitly confirmed they would issue a FULL refund for the product AND reimburse the cost of a licensed electrician required to correct their mistake. This was not implied — it was CLEARLY STATED and DOCUMENTED, and I have proof of this commitment.I complied with every step requested, provided all required information, and followed up multiple times over an extended period. Despite this, Ozark has FAILED to issue any reimbursement and has now stopped responding entirely.At this point, this is no longer a customer service delay — it is a failure to honor a documented financial commitment. Making written assurances tied to reimbursement and then failing to fulfill them raises serious concerns about how this company handles responsibility and customer obligations.I have maintained a complete and organized record of all correspondence, timelines, and photographic evidence supporting this!If this matter continues to be ignored, I am fully prepared to pursue formal escalation through consumer protection channels and expand public documentation of this situation across additional platforms.Consumers should proceed with EXTREME CAUTION. A company’s INTEGRITY is defined by whether it stands behind its own written commitments — and in this case, that standard has NOT been met.

Fast shipping

Fast shipping. Got my package within the week I ordered. Lamp materials are so-so. Not worth a $800, 500, or $390 price tag - but it looks good in design. Globe shell is plastic, doesn’t feel luxe. Product is max ~9ft but can be propped up by books.

Sometimes it's hard to find someone who…

Sometimes it's hard to find someone who is patient and answers all your questions. I am an interior designer in the Bay Area and cannot be an expert in all things. When clients want detailed answers to products, it's great to find someone who will help you dig deep so that you can get back to your client with confidence. The first rep on my chat passed me to Sadra and she answered all my questions and provided links to the products I need.
