Great lounge - bad experience
I purchased a large outdoor lounge on 3/8. It was thousands of dollars. For 3 weeks I was given no information about shipping. I was finally told that they couldn't find a company to ship it, and they needed more time. I was told it would be in multiple boxes. A delivery company contacted me and said it would be delivered on 4/10 at 2:30pm. On 4/10 my entire house was awoken at 5:55am to the item almost fully intact, and secured down to 2 pallets, being left on our front lawn. Finally, after a month and 2 days it's here, and it's AWESOME. The experience... not so much.

Great company do deal with
We have done business with PatioLiving before. Everything they do is first class. I need a part for something that I bought back in 2019. They contacted the manufacturer and make it happen.
