First class quality and customer care
First class response to an issue and a very fair resolution reached. The quality of Paul Smith women's clothes far exceeds that of many other so called high end clothiers, in my experience, and frequent offers and rewards make them even more attractive, as do free returns and great customer service.

Customer service - always excellent
The customer service I always receive from Paul Smith is second to none. I recently had a number of email conversations with Natalie at PS customer support. Natalie was responsive, helpful and went out of her way to help.I wish all customer services & support was akin to PS.Thank you all so much, AnnieV

Lovely Bracelet
The bracelet was so lovey, I was really pleased with the quality however the magnetic clasp wasnt strong enough. I wore it twice, the first time I was lucky enough to find it when it undid, unfortunately I wasnt so lucky the second time. I must have caught it and lost it in the process.Update - Customer services have been in contact with me and we have resolved the issue.
