Excellent print.

I recently ordered a print from this company & found the print just amazing. Such a great stocking filler.I did receive messages from Hannah & she replied. The delivery perhaps was a little longer. But to be expected this time of the year & with such a fantastic gift selection on offer.

Chosen one star as it would not let me choose none. Delivery time stated 1-2 days, now 8 days later too late for the birthday gift. 5 emails sent and not even a reply. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Still waiting

I placed an order on the 1st of September and its now the 12th. The website states; "For physical prints, we opt for a 1-2 day shipping method, aiming for you to receive your order approximately 3 days after placing it". Due to this advertised delivery timescale, I chose to order as believed it would arrive in time, even if turned out to be 5-7 daysI was advised, on the 10th - after I sent a chase email, there was a slight delay and would be dispatched today? I've still not recieved it, or had any tracking information? I was surprised that there was no offer of recompense, even for the postage charge. Such a shame.

Saw these advertised on TikTok and…

Saw these advertised on TikTok and placed an order. They were absolutely great and sent lots of updates via text. As soon as I confirmed I liked the finished picture, they let me know straight away when it was getting sent out. The picture itself is absolutely fabulous! Such a great idea and so much fun. I’m absolutely over the moon. Thank you so much ☺️

I HAVE ORDERED MANY MANY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY . I HAVE five Sweatshirts on order and I cannot check their status because it says I have no orders in the Cue. HOW CAN THIS BE ?? There was no problem taking my money for payment , but now it seems I don't have an order ?? I would greatly appreciate the status of my order or am I going to have to disappoint at Christmas ? Please Let me know what the heck is going on or just refund my money.KD

So far.. Crickets!

Back in June, I emailed about an item i was interested in but never got a response. I constantly would get offers via auto-txt marketing. I allowed it, waited until the "deal" I was waiting for to arrive and ordered it. I got an order confirmation number in an email immediately. A week later I wanted to check the status so I emailed. Crickets for a few days. So, I emailed again. Still Crickets! Yesterday I sent a direct message on their Facebook. Crickets! If it's going to take a while due to holiday's, I understand. But a response would be nice. I hope I actually get it. 😟
