Responsive customer service
I had to contact customer service about an order issue (product was damaged in transit). They were super responsive and sent me a replacement right away that works great. Really easy to work with them and glad to have my case!

Quick response to a problem
Quick response to a problem where I ordered the wrong size cases. The erroneous order was canceled and my cc was credited quickly so I could re order the correct size.

Replacement phone case
Good email communication. I am grateful for the replacement case - it was just a challenge with delivery as my mother's name ended up being on the package since the order was originally a gift from her.

Great Service
My case was broken before the year warranty and it was so easy to get a new one shipped out to me and replaced for free! Katrina and Isabelle took care of all my worries and were so kind and lovely. I love supporting an environmentally friendly Canadian company! I will buy all my phone cases (and card holders) from Pela for the rest of my life!
