Over communication by staff along with confusing answers to my learning how to install petcam, causing me to eventually give up and return the product.

Highly recommend!
Really pleased with the pet cube. I haven’t used the treat function yet, as one of my dogs is recovering from surgery. It’s great to be able to see and hear them when I’m gone. I’ve tried two other cameras and Petcube is the best, has the best camera angles and features.

Forced to pay for subscription to use…
Forced to pay for subscription to use it, won't let you cancel your subscription without eeking an extra month's money out of you. Honestly getting sick of these subscription services, changing to a camera I can use outright no extra costs

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Yes another device with costly subscription. Kept it a few days- it missed every event I actually needed it for and no way to scroll back through the evening - no SD card slot, no continuous recording. I will be returning it

Excellent Customer Service!
I had a problem with my Petcube tracker and I reached out to customer service. Not only did they respond quickly, but they were extremely nice and kept me updated with the status of my case. When we weren't able to fix the problem with my tracker (a problem with the silicone case only) , Petcube sent out a whole new tracker! It's so refreshing to see that there are still companies that strive to offer excellent customer service. They now have a customer for life!

Ur product is not working
Ur product is not working. I've sent NUMEROUS emails and have NOT gotten a response. I want to return the product before warranty expires, but you do not provide a return address or a phone number, and are NOT responding to my emails. Horrible customer service.
