Avoid if you want to receive the correct meds and dosage, or anything at all.
We have used pet drugs online for years to get medication for our dog but over the past 12 months the service has been getting continuously worse. Our latest order was submitted at the end of February, costing almost £400 for a 3month supply, and we still haven't received it. Our dog requires a human pain relief medication, we were told a week after e placed the order that they haven't got the tablets and there would be a two week delay. Every time we chase it they say it's still not arrived. Apparently they can't check when they will receive it and we were told to call them after 10am to find out if it came in that days delivery. It has now been over 6 weeks, our original prescription can't be part fulfilled or transferred to another dispensary. We keep having to get top up medication from our vet which costs nearly 60% more. If we don't get it within the next week we will have to pay for a new prescription from our vet and order the medication from a different dispensary. Previous prescriptions over the past year have been sent without the full number of tablets and even sent with the wrong dosage. This will be the last time we use them.

No point paying for premium delivery
No point paying for premium delivery. Ordered and collected by courier Thursday. DHL messaged stating delivery Tuesday. Apart from the £10.99 premium Saturday delivery cost it left me to re source the whole order for my pup. Thankfully my usual supplier came through.

Drugs ordered 5 working days ago
Drugs ordered 5 working days ago, rang staff and updated to DHL quick delivery. Pet is now without appropriate meds, this will unfortunately entail further vets costs as cycle will have to start again.Dog suffering from Cushings disease, I may have made a mistake in ordering from this on-line supplier.Still waiting for a response from sales..... 2 days now!So, full of apologies, reimbursed for Postage, offered payments for vets meds + others......however further failure of DHL (#@#*&) to deliver on time, then couldn't find the delivery address..abandoned delivery -had to call them back.Astonishing that the packing was a bit ruffled, even more problems when package opened....Bottle of Malaseb split! Drug capsules, most were squashed, 6 in total had split leaked powder contents (3 Days meds lost)Boxes were bent/creased longways, flattened, blister packs crumpled, capsules falling out of blisters - capsules split. Could anything else have gone wrong ?Sent loads of photos to show what was wrong, no updates from supplier! Now 9th April.

Bad & slow customer service and dangerous products
I bought a cat pheromone diffuser from Pet Drugs Online which turned out to be faulty. It created an extremely strong plastic burning smell and was worryingly hot to touch. It was clearly a fire hazard and also a health hazard to anyone breathing in the toxic smelling fumes. I reported this to customer service and it has taken more than 25 days so far and it is still not resolved. I agreed to send the item back as requested, however even though the tracking (that they asked me to use) says delivered they still haven’t issued a refund for the product. The customer service has been so bad and so slow I would not buy from this website again.

Ordering online has proved a trouble…
Ordering online has proved a trouble free practice and I'm now a fairly regular customer. My only complaint was the rather lazy and unhelpful reply to an enquiry which rather soured my otherwise good opinion of this supplier.
