If i could leave 0 stars, i would. I purchased a $2,600 Shor-Line grooming table from them... When i didn't even receive an automated confirmation email (which is what their website states, goes out after purchase... I emailed to ask and the only response i got was "we don't see an order under this email address, is this the email you used for purchase?" i responded with the email address i used when i placed my order. No response. Like others, i have called and left multiple voicemails, one of their numbers is no longer in service and their chat isn't available anymore. multiple emails continue to go unanswered. I have filed a dispute. Save your time, they are probably going under and just taking money anyway.

FRAUD THIS COMPANY IS NOT ANSWERING MY PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS FOR A MONTH NOW. I MAILED BACK A CRATE FOR THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND THEY TOLD ME I WOULD GET A REFUND BACK IN 2 DAYS. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Ordered a pet crate but it never shipped, multiple requests for a status update went unanswered. Do not order from them, really bad customer service.

The owner Russell Medina hasn't responded. We ordered a cage for thousands of dollars and it was never shipped. If you call you have to leave a message (pretty sure no one actually works there), if you use the support chat they just send it to an email address, and if you leave a review they respond with an automated message. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!

So far, not so good. Placed my order but have not seen it shipped. Have tried checking on it - if you call in, you have to leave a message (two calls and messages left with NO calls back); if you try the "live chat" on the website you are always #1 in queue with no one ever joining the "chat" and have emailed them. First response was that the vendor was at a trade show all week and they would check on a shipping date (got no further information) and I now currently have another email out to them to see what is going on. This was not an inexpensive purchase and I would like to know if I am getting the grooming table.

Horrible!!! I was told my product would come in 4 weeks or soo. It took all most 7 weeks. I called, email and had poor communication. Then, to make matters worst they call at the end of day right before they closed on Friday to schedule a Monday drop off knowing they would take calls or voicemail on weekend. Come Monday no product blamed it on me. Then, Tuesday no call and was going to leave on side of road because the delivery stated I didn't have inside pick up. They didn't give me that option in any paperwork, email . Just horrible service and communication. I will never recommend fir anyone business. It will cost more headache and money than it's worth.

I bought a replacement motor for a dog groomer dryer. The motor received was not the one pictured on the website. Incorrect color, physical size and had an external capacitor added. They refused to take it back. Their only explanation is that the original motor is no longer made so they sent one that is of similar specification. Their website still shows the incorrect motor.

Supplied me with a part which was damaged when it comes to us parts missing in the passage to do only refund it if I send it back but I had to pay for the post packageNot very helpful don’t use they are only the middle person and don’t care

Poor Customer Service the wrong part was ordered I’m not sure if was on there end or mine they had to order from a company for the part either way I just needed to exchange it and was willing to pay any shipping cost but they refused and said that was there policy I mean who reads polices on everything they order and not only that I just wanted to exchange it. Not get a refund poor customer service if I ran my business like this I would be out of business so If you order ANYTHING make sure you read ALL policies a scam of a businessUPDATE!!!Just wanted to share an update about my experience I was contacted by the business explained my situation. They not only helped me get the correct part they stayed in contact with me making sure I was taken care of. The customer service I had this time was EXCEPTIONAL!! I would definitely order with them again

We ordered a dog playground in March for our dog daycare. They said 30-90 days until delivery. I checked in to see how far away delivery time is. It took 3 emails and 2 weeks for them to tell me it wouldn't ship until October. They could have reached out when they knew it would be a six month delay. Go suck an egg pet pro supply
