Outstanding service! I am extremely satisfied with this company. They resolved my issue quickly and efficiently, even though I no longer had my receipt. Without hesitation, they agreed to send me the damaged part free of charge. I also appreciate their approach of promoting second-hand use and giving products a second life. Good product/word of caution
My overall review of the product is positive, with one notable exception: the litter box has a well-known sensor issue related to the waste drawer. The problem is common enough that the company has an FAQ about it on their website, which I discovered when I first encountered the issue.I debated between three or four stars because over the past year I have repeatedly tried to purchase replacement or interior components that would make cleaning easier. I only have one litter box, so doing a full soap-and-water cleaning can take at least an hour.Most recently, I purchased a component that had been out of stock for nearly three months and requested expedited shipping. Shortly after ordering, I received a notice that the item was actually out of stock and that the company would keep my payment and ship it when it becomes available.My overall experience with this company is that they seem far more focused on selling new units than supporting existing customers with replacement parts. I also tried their newer water fountain but returned it because the replacement filters, which need to be changed every two weeks, were not available.At this point my attempts to purchase interior components are 0 for 3. The frustrating part is that these components clearly exist because they are included in complete units for sale.Based on my experience, the company prioritizes new product sales over making parts and components available to existing customers. I have had three separate occurrences of this issue, though I am listing the most recent event as the date of experience.

Best customer service
Whenever I've had a problem, it's always been sorted out promptly. Petsnowy has the best customer service I've dealt with. I'll remain a customer for life, and I recommend them to everyone with pets. Their products are also innovative.

I have had the pet snowy for two plus…
I have had the pet snowy for two plus years. It’s been a great help with the cats. It helps with less litter around the house. Any issues I have had customer service has been so helpful and quickly. It is so easy to clean and keep clean.

This was the easiest experience fixing a problem. I was gifted a petsnowy litter box and it unfortunately didn't work. Customer service worked with me promptly to fix the issue and I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the care I received. It does seem pricey but for them supporting their product they way they do, it's worth it.
