Excellent delivery service & wonderful footwear
This is my first order with Pikolinos and my first impression was a good one with a day earlier than expected delivery. The shoes & sandals look as advertised and the softness of the material on both is wonderful. The packaging is excellent and fully recyclable.Put them on and they both fitted really well and I have a couple of clawed toes, with my feet wide at the toes, so it is not any easy experience when buying footwear.I was nervous at first with making an over £200 order for two pairs of footwear, however I am so pleased I went for it. In this instance, the cost is worth it if it means I can enjoying walking in stylish shoes. Thank you Pikolinos, you have restored my faith in comfortable footwear!

Excellent experience with Quality Footwear
Excellent experience — I have purchased four pairs of PIKOLINOS and I am really impressed with the quality of the leather and the materials used for the soles. The footbeds and arch supports are supportive and very comfortable. It is also nice to see that the two pairs of clogs that I purchased were made in Spain. They are very well made.

Boots arrived used, not new. Very disappointed
I just received a pair of Pikolinos boots for which I paid $200. Upon opening the package, it was clear that the boots have been used or tried on extensively—the leather is wrinkled, showing obvious wear. This is completely unacceptable for a brand‑new product. I expected a brand-new pair, and receiving something that looks worn is extremely disappointing. I urge Pikolinos to address this issue promptly.Best,

I have >15 pairs of Pikolinos
I have >15 pairs of Pikolinos. (Not quite as many as Imelda Marcos😂) They are them most comfortable shoes on the planet. The leather is soft, durable and always looks great. Once I returned a pair which I purchased in error, the returns system works seamlessly. Highly recommended 👏👏👏

Have bought Pikolinos for years
Have bought Pikolinos for years. Very good quality, stylish, and always comfortable. Always fast delivery too. Never had to return any, so cannot comment on that aspect. Wish Pikolinos would do more choices of plainer slip-on styles for wearing with trousers, like they used to, and not so many gaudy trainer/sneaker styles.

The entire shopping experience was very…
The entire shopping experience was very positive. The website provided good information about the styles, materials and construction of the shoes on offer. It was easy to checkout. Shipping information was sent as each phase of the order processing was documented. And the return process was fast and easy to complete. The one thing that would have been helpful is a way to better gauge the shoe size. If the shoes we purchased had not been too large, we would have been proud owners of a pair of Pikolino sandals!

This is the absolutely worst company
This is the absolutely worst company! 1 year ago I bought some very nice boots, a bit tipsy, but normally if you take care of your footwear, they can last for ages. But with Pikolinos that's not possible! You can't get new soles on your shoes/boots 🙄 So even if it's a nice design etc it's like a "one night stand"..... When my soles are done, I can't fix them, they have to go to the trash bin. WTF - thinking about environment, recycling and economy! This company obviously doesn't care about above mentionedTHANK YOU FOR A VERY GOOD AND CONSTRUCTIVE RESPONS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHERE TO ADRESS THE REQUESTED PICTURES

I love all kinds of good-looking boots…
I love all kinds of good-looking boots and booties. I own about 40 pairs, from high-end brands down to the Temu-type cheapies. I never heard of Pikolinos boots until I recently saw a FB advertisement. I saw the most beautiful ankle boots ever! I went to research the Pikolinos website, Amazon website, and Googled reviews before I bought them. Well, I bought them directly from you guys because you had the style in my size and on sale, YAY! I am so happy with everything during the acquisition process; from the website purchase, ease and quickness of shipping, the packaging itself....and the BOOTIES! They are absolutely gorgeous to me. And the comfort, the quality, of these are the Best of all the boots I have ever bought in my life. I want to wear them every time I leave the house, which is often, but I'm afraid they would not last long if I did that. So I'm glad you sent me this survey because I was going to write you guys a Thank You note anyway. Thank You, Pikolinos. I wish I had met you years ago, I could have saved thousands by not buying other brands I quickly realized I didn't even like!

I love Pikolinos
I love Pikolinos. Their shoes are beautifully designed and made. I have some boot of theirs I bought over a decade ago that are still in great shape. I initially learned about their shoes when I purchased a pair at a store in the Portland airport (PDX). I then found their website. So far, I have had nothing but good experiences ordering from them. And they give free returns, which is fabulous for a shoe company -- you can really find what suits and fits you best, knowing that it will cost nothing for you to return what doesn't work for you.

Love Pikolinos!
I've been purchasing & wearing Pilolinos for years ever since I found a pair in a small shoe boutique in Virginia. Also purchased 2 pair of boots while on a trip to New Mexico. So glad I have the opportunity to purchase on line now. High qulaity in the leather & workmanship. Do advise getting the leather creams to march your colors.
