Amazing Customer Service
I recently ordered two pairs of colored contacts and after I placed the order I found a better color that I wanted to switch to. Instead of cancelling my order, they manually updated my order with the exact color and prescription I needed in a timely manner. They were very polite and helpful!

Good customer service, bad courier
The courier they use in the US seems to be re-labeling their orders incorrectly; I didn’t get the 4 lenses I ordered but instead a single pair meant for someone in a different state entirely! Their customer service responded to my email within the hour (the fastest I’ve gotten customer service for *any* web store) but my order will take another 3 weeks or so to arrive.

Love Pinky Paradise contacts.
I've received contacts from this company as gifts before and decided to purchase my own after they expired. The contacts and cases are always super cute and the company have been helpful with any issues needing to be resolved.

Prices are reasonable Delivery is too long!
The prices are reasonable. The quality is good (however one pair that I've received appears to cause blurriness when there shouldn't be a prescription). It's the only pair so far that's given me an issue. I've given it 3 stars because it takes a month for me to receive my order. I don't like to place an order until I've received the last order. If I were to receive the order sooner, I'd take advantage of the awesome sales and deals and make more purchases. But as it stands, I'll place an order once a month or longer depending on when I receive that last order. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchases and the site. I just wish that delivery wouldn't take so long.

Most of order missing
I ordered eight pairs of contact lenses. They took over a month to arrive and I only received one. They offer zero communication and I’ve had to file a dispute with my credit card company.I will never buy from this company again it’s a complete scam
