Excellent service
Excellent service. We missed our ferry due to a flight delay, but they gave us a ticket for the next one at no extra charge. Our dog was comfortable and cozy in the pet lounge. Thank you for the excellent service.

The main issue was the noise and Vibration of the rooms
The main issue was the noise and vibration of the rooms. It made it almost impossible to sleep.Apart from this, the trip was fine.

Unhappy customer
Firstly, the email was sent to Mr and I’m a Mrs so very presumptuous to assume a male did the booking. The actual checking in was slow and chaotic. The actual sailing was fine but it was incredibly busy with noisy children and no quiet clean areas to sit. Did not enjoy the experience which is a shame as we used to love travelling on P&O. Will choose a different company next time.
