BE AWARE OF DELAYS
BE AWARE OF DELAYS, PRODUCTS NOT DELIVERED AND ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Povison’s customer service is horrible. My dining table has never been delivered, I’ve called Povison and the carrier MULTIPLE times, not once was able to speak to a live agent. Also no response through Whatsapp and email. Their products are very expensive for such a poor customer service. Don’t recommend buying from them.

We ordered the sleek Selene-71" Horizontal Slatted TV Stand with Adjustable LED Lights, and it did not disappoint. It arrived within 7 days, securely packed in a solid wooden crate—no assembly needed. The delivery team expertly unpacked and brought the stand right into our home without any issues. Customer service was also exceptional; Rex responded to all our questions quickly and kindly. Our experience with Povision was outstanding, and we’d gladly choose them again for future purchases!

The incompetence is strong
The incompetence is strong. They don’t know what products they sent me, what ones they didn’t, they reported product being delivered at a specified time and date. Fortunately, our house has cameras at every angle proving their delivery driver lied. DO NOT ORDER HERE. EVER. I had to reach out for weeks before someone finally answered their phone. Emails went unanswered / ignored. This company hates its customers.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Povison Furniture. While the sofa initially looked great, the overall process after purchase has been frustrating and misleading.When I initiated a return, I was told a third-party company, LoadUp, would handle the pickup. However, after speaking directly with them, I learned they are simply a junk removal service—not a delivery or return shipping company. They confirmed they do not repackage or return items to the seller, which raises serious concerns about why I was charged a repackaging fee and a significant return fee.It feels very misleading to charge customers high return and repackaging fees when the item is not even being returned to inventory but instead discarded. The lack of transparency and fairness in this process is unacceptable.I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Povison to carefully review their return policy and understand the potential costs involved. Based on my experience, the customer service and return practices do not align with what I would expect from a reputable furniture company.

I recently purchased a modular power…
I recently purchased a modular power sofa from Povison. It arrived on time and the driver was pleasant and unloaded the boxes on the driveway. It was easy to assemble. The quality of the pet friendly fabric is excellent. It is soft and beautiful. The reclining mechanism is quiet. It is so comfortable and totally relaxing. I would highly recommend Povison!

Stayed home from work you need arrived…
Stayed home from work you need arrived wrong color scratched along an entire side and with the wrong legs I took pictures and refused the package nobody will answer the phone and if they do they read back the email you sent and can't do anything so they can talk to you to sell you stuff but not to fix it when they send you the wrong stuff waited more than 24 hours for an email to get back to me in which they asked me to place the legs in front of the unit and takes more pictures for them as if I hadn't wasted enough time so I asked how am I supposed to do that if I refuse the unit I asked for a refund as this is obviously a company that has no concept of customer service and wasting people's time.
