I ordered flowers for my sister in law
I ordered flowers for my sister in law, I've never used this company before and she was absolutely over the moon with the flowers , sent me a picture and they were beautiful, now I've just ordered some for my daughter in law, very impressed!!

Flowers were not delivered before 1pm…
Flowers were not delivered before 1pm even though I paid extra for this service. Emailed Prestige Flowers and was advised they can only endeavour to deliver between 8am and 6pm. If this is the case they should not offer the option of pre 1 o’clock delivery.

Easter flowers
After being let down by another provider, I thought there was no chance, at 3 pm on Easter Saturday, of getting flowers for Easter Sunday. I was wrong! Great service and parents delighted with the flowers.

Second poor purchase from prestige flowers
Second purchase from prestige flowers. The first experience was not good. On the first attempt flowers ordered never arrived despite money being taken. However, the customer service was good and refund issued with appology. Decided to try again after reading reviews thinking it was a one off. Disappointed again, ordered for my wedding anniversary delivery date, was the day before which was ideal. Unfortunately, delivery didn't arrive until 2 days after our anniversary and the bouquet looked nothing like the image with very few flowers. To add insult to injury the flower then started to die after 2 days. I have brought better looking flowers that have lasted for over a week longer for less than half the price from my local Asda.
