They put the customer first every step of the way. Big emphasis on "we'll make it right." Which is essential for online clothiers. The messaging was proactive and the ordering process was clear and instinctive.

Great custom shirts!
Truly some of the best custom-made shirts available. The fabric selection is unparalleled. Requires a bit of trial-and-error but the fit is excellent once locked in and Proper Cloth customer service is great!

Custom shirt orders
Easy to custom fit a shirt from a large range of styles and fabric options. They fit true to the custom order, but have a return and resize option in the rare chance that you have mucked it up.

New Favorite Brand
Came across PC when looking for a custom shirt maker locally because I can’t seem to find shirts that fit me right. Luckily I found PC, I love their process and website and I even was able to get a custom pair of chinos with my new shirt. Can’t wait to order my next outfit.
