The last 3 or 4 times I've h meat is very bland for what you pay for it is not worth itad the…

The last 3 or 4 times I've had the ribeye steaks. They have absolutely no flavor in them. They used to be so good. I think they changed. Who they were buying their meat from, but they need to go back where they were at, I'll buy my meat from wind Dixie, there still has good flavor in it. You get what you pay for sometimes you try cutting a corner and you lose your customers, it's a bummer cause I used to like public meet, but it sure has gone downhill.Last couple months

She is an Expert, and knows how to handle customers.. Or if there is any discrepancy...she can resolve quickly, swiftly and super great skills. She is a great asset in the Customer service.. She always picks the call with smiling tone on it.. Amazing.. It is rare to find people like her.. I would definitely recommend such person across Publix store.. She is a great example.. I would definitely update the GM and District manager for this store. Today is not the first day.. Way back also she traveled extra miles for customers..now we knows...since i am a regular to this Publix way back like 23 years Mark Witt Super great GM.......he retired 15 years ago i believeDJ is a true example of General manager..lot of store managers might have an attitude around the glob.. DJ is a GM...he is down to earth, humble, highly effective & highly skilled. He knows the job how to run a store... He really cares for customers and employees. He went out of the way before going to India i believe...it might be 1.5 months or 2 months back..without his help, i would have lost my cellphone... lot of others, just do not go out of the way like him...even one or two managers at that time.. He is the most effective, highly helpful and cares..He is a great Asset to Publix corporation.. I am so thankful..This is a long due..as i do not want to put all things happened in my life..it is not appropriate or wasting your time on this.. Ensure his upper District Director gets this message or i am happy to send by email directly to him/her. He is a true example of how a GM should function.. he does not get upset or get stressed to run here and there.. PUBLIX CAMINO REAL, BOCA RATON, FL

The Store used to be beautiful, now, the parking lot smell like piss, people asking for money and the store itself is small, produce is pretty bad quality, they don't even have Artisians Breads, Salads with small portions of chicken, mostly lettuce. They blame it on the Bus Station, but they can easily have someone watch the parking lot. We drive High End cars and this just doesn't fit in. They should close the Store since they can't deliver to a High End Clientele

Cheesecake with carrot cake on bottom!

I bought the new cheesecake with carrot cake on the bottom. It is too much cheesecake with little carrot cake on bottom. Thank goodness it was on sale. You have better like cheesecake!!!!

This review is concerning the public…

This review is concerning the public deli section. What has happened to the hot deli in Publix. I shop the Melbourne Fla Publix in the Melbourne shopping center. The hot food and fried chicken area has not been good for quite some time now. They don't keep it looking fresh often bins on that replenished. They have raised their prices understandably, but in addition, they have shrunk their portions yesterday I went for the mixed fried chicken. It was the worst I ever had. The pieces were so small. You could not even tell if you were getting breast or chicken thighs, the legs and wings were tiny. Unable to tell between a thigh and a breast, not even thinking I got breast the legs and the wings were tiny, the chicken was overcooked because I think they keep the time of the same, and the pieces are extremely small. I understand paying more today with inflation, but for Publix a quality supermarket shrinking portion sizes is bad business. You used to get a box of fried chicken and it'd be full not even close now. Very very disappointed. In addition, the same as happened to their chicken tenders. And the side portions have become extremely small.I will no longer use their hot deli.

CEO PUBLIX failure

Mr. Murphy,I am writing again because my concerns have not been acknowledged or addressed. Publix shut down Publix Pay with only 10 days’ notice, and I currently have over $100 trapped in the app. To this day, no one at any Publix store can tell me how to access my money, and the company has provided zero clear instructions on what customers are supposed to do.Your previous response was a form letter that did not address any of my actual questions. This is unacceptable for a company of Publix’s size, especially when customers’ money is involved.Let me be extremely clear:I need to know exactly how to retrieve the funds remaining in my Publix Pay account.I need a step‑by‑step process, not general statements or corporate language.I need to know why customers were notified only 10 days before eliminating a payment method involving stored balances.I need to know why store personnel have no information or guidance on this issue.If Publix has decided to eliminate this service, it is your responsibility to provide customers with a clear and accessible method to access the money that belongs to them. Right now, Publix has left customers without answers, without support, and without access to their own funds.I expect a real response, not a template.I also expect immediate instructions on how to recover my money.If I do not receive a satisfactory and direct answer, I will escalate this issue to Publix Corporate, the Florida Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau, as this situation involves the handling of consumer funds without transparency or clear recourse.I look forward to your prompt and substantive reply.

I spend 250 to 300 per week at publix…

I spend 250 to 300 per week at publix on Groceries alone. I have purchased several apple gift cards from 4 different publix locations. Every time I by a card. I am interrogated as to who its for? Do you know his person. They make me feel like a criminal. A) its none of your business who i buy them for,2)it needs to STOP!!

Bake my cookies right

I generally have a great experience at the hueytown location but here lately I've had bad experience with the peanut butter cookies, when I look at the cookies through the plastic container the peanut butter cookies are over baked, they are darker than normal and they are not as good as the lighter ones, please be consistent with my peanut butter cookies because I turn into a cookie monster when they are not perfect 😀 Can you please watch my cookies and stop getting on Facebook or Instagram while baking, good lord, do I need to come up there and do the job of baking cookies. I stopped in to do some shopping today…

I stopped in to do some shopping today at store number 1372 on Bay street in Sarasota FL after checked out I realized that the bagger did a terrible thing which is unacceptable when she packed my groceries mixed between frozen food ,with fresh veggies also pack of raw chicken together and the worst thing was she packed chemical with food I was really upset about this issue which is they should have trained about how to packing the items appropriate not to stuff everything in one bag trying to save bags for company I meant it was horrible experience I never had it before ...Very unpleasure shopping today from now on I have to give my attention on this bagger service when I shopping there again they should have giving the employees training before put them down on the floor
