Canceled by email, ignored. Pura Vida 👎

Ordered, took 10 days until I got fed up with not hearing anything, no shipping, nothing. I wrote and asked to cancel my order as this was an extraordinary amount of time and it was late already. Upon my request, no one answered for 3 days to tell me NOW IT SHIPPED which was a lie too, I asked to cancel they could have pulled it many times to accommodate their error and customer. Now I have to return it what a hassle. Never again. Don't trust pura vida. Horrible shipping times too!!!

Ordered product 12/28

Ordered product 12/28. Contacted 1/24/26 asking why it was almost a month and I didnt have my shipment or any communication from them...took them 2 emails stating they would respond to my inquiry in 48 hours or less. On 5th day they sent another email stating they didnt know where my package was and they would offer me a$10 credit when they already took $27.44 for an order I do not have - I asked them to refund my $$ and cancel order that is nowhere to be found and again - no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST SHIPPING DEPARTMENT- A TOTAL SHAM!!! Order #PV17912687

I really wish I could give Pure Vida a better review however given my many orders, I just can’t. The items tarnish. I have lost multiple add ons and I really don’t want to continue to WASTE my money any longer

Some issues

I found out the hard way that although they advertise “free returns”, all sale items are considered final sale even though nothing is marked as final sale on my receipt or in the item descriptions on the website. My order was also missing a charm and upon reaching out after Christmas, they told me it turns out it wasn’t shipped because it was out of stock. Other companies would have notified me it was out of stock and proactively refunded me, rather than putting it on me to contact customer service to inquire. They did make it right after a few emails and the recipient loves the necklace.

This company is horrible

This company is horrible. When a company says it's delivering a product before Christmas, you expect that they are going to do just that.We bought two of our grand daughters presents from this company and neither arrived for Christmas, and still hasn't showed up. We have to go back and explain to our grand children why Santa didn't deliver their presents. This companies reputation is bad and getting worse. We will never buy from them again. I'm sure their Christmas was great taking everyone's money and not delivering.

Missing order

Ordered a ring Dec. 8. Paid for shipping. They ship via a USPS partner at Christmas. The ring has been sitting in Arizona for 9 days; I'm in Maryland. I emailed them yesterday with concern it won't arrive for Christmas. They told me they know USPS tracking is unreliable and to give it until Dec. 19 before reaching back out. So this gift isn't arriving by Christmas. Just a terrible experience I won't repeat. This is why people stick with Amazon and not small businesses. Do better.

Yeah no! Exchange refusal

So backstory is, I’ve never ordered a ring online before so I didn’t know what size to get. The size I chose ended up being wrong and way too big. I emailed about a ring size exchange and I was refused because the item was on sale at the time. I ordered another ring of the same too large sized ring at the same exact time from another company that also happened to be discounted and they said absolutely no problem. Send it our way we will send you another one. I honestly don’t see why they can’t exchange a discounted ring over a non-discounted one.And also, when I got the ring, it was squeaky and a little hard to turn. It was one of those circular fidget rings. Overall, not a great experience at all!

Nothing Received and Subpar Customer Service

I ordered two bracelets on August 30 and have received nothing. I have contacted customer service several times and now they offered to either send the items (they assured me two weeks ago they were already sent) or issue a store credit. I don't want a store credit because there seems to be no guarantee they will ship anything. I will be contacting my card issuer so they can initiate a chargeback.
