I have ordered from puritan pride for…
I have ordered from puritan pride for several years with no problems. Back in December 2025 my credit card and email was hacked and someone ordered from puritan with my credit card. I try several times to resolve the issue but they didn’t help me. I cancel my subscription and will never order from them again. Poor customer service.

Horrible customer service
I placed my first order the other day and still no tracking number. I called customer service and a woman with a foreign accent was no help! I will refuse the order will never order from this company again!

I was inquiring about a order I made
I was inquiring about a order I made. And the young lady did not help me at all. They had the wrong address. No record of my order. She was very rude to me. She said that they had a different address than what I gave her. But she refused to tell what it was. I have bought from them before but never had to contact them. Customer Service is horrible at Puritans Pride. I am going to have to think about doing anymore business with them again.

I received a damaged item
I received a damaged item. The items I ordered were thrown in a box with no peanuts or paper or other kind of filler. One of the Vitamin E lipsticks came open and got lipstick all over the other products, the box and the receipt. It was a mess. I tried to get a replacement, but I can't even get an email through because I keep getting told that their email box is full.

Puritans L-theanine causes headaches
I bought one Puritans L-theanine from MercadoLibre. 2 times I took it, 2 times I got a horrible headache. I dont know the reason, maybe mine was fake, but I trashed the whole bottle.Spanish: Compré una l-teanina por MercadoLibre y me dio un dolor de cabeza terrible. Boté el tarro.

Terrible customer service
Don’t buy from them! I used to have no problems with this company, but like the other reviewers are saying, something has changed. On my last order I was shorted one item on a buy one get two offer. They said they would replace the missing bottle but never did. I went ahead and placed one more order a week ago and I still haven’t received a shipping notice. I hope it eventually ships, but that was my last order with Puritan’s Pride.

Unreputable, scammers about
I purchased a colon cleansing tea from Puritans Pride. It was on back order I didn't think much of it and when I finally received my tea, I was deathly ill. I didn't know what was going on, I didn't know it was the tea and 6 months later I got a letter stating the product was contaminated with e-coli poison. I almost died from it. I had test after test to see what was wrong before I got that letter. These people are very sneaky and they shouldn't be in business and shouldn't be allowed to hurt anyone ever again. They didn't ever take accountability for their actions or try to make anything right and for the last 15 years I have suffered from health conditions from my immune system being compromised. Shame on you and know that you won't and didn't get away with anything God sees everything and your time will come. I do not recommend Puritans Pride or any of their products. I hope this review can help someone out there from suffering the way I have.

Great Product, Poor Management
I don't know what happened to these guys. There products are good, but their website and customer service are terrible. Since the website doesn't work much of the time, customer service is the only option to order something and that is now outsourced to another country.After five "verification" questions, they don't understand my question anyway!
