Above and beyond support
Marcelo, Ray, and Patricia were amazing to work with. No other lender would have done what Quontic did for us in order to close the deal that we desperately needed to close on, even when everything went wrong (not to their fault, low appraisal).

Why is there a hold for a month?
Opened a MM account no problem. But, couldn't use it for over a month because - I don't know why. Couldn't add bank accounts for transfers nor add bill pay. Not sure why there is a hold to do basic banking.

All the representatives we dealt with were kind and respectful. Just the amount of information we needed to supply was a little overwhelming. But I am guessing any loan institution would be the same.
