I contacted customer service with an issue and was met by a very pleasant member of their staff...it has nothing to do with the fact that I'm from the same area as members of their customer service team! They all appear to be lovely!

Referred a friend
Referred a friend. Found out friend had made a qualifying purchase using code and got their discount, had to chase mine. Was promised an email would arrive within a couple days. Still waiting a week later

Placed an order for 2 sets of four…Amazing!!!
Placed an order for 2 sets of four butterflies. They are great. Had a problem with one white butterfly and spoke to one of your representatives. They arranged for a pick up and replacement for the 13th April 2026.
