I have been buying from Ray con for 5 years and have only had good experiences. I bought fast chargers,speakers and air buds for several different buds for different purposes and everything has gone well also prices are great for the quality of their products

Ordered headphones for my son in November. Unfortunately there was an issue with them. The two people I dealt with were Michelle and Jordan and I have to commend them both in sorting out the problem. I ordered a USB-C cable, but it didn’t work when I received it. So, filled out a return, no hassle. Sent it back, but didn’t insure it. My bad. Rayon never received it. But Mike made it right! They replaced the charging cord without issue. I’ve ordered from Raycon before and will do so in the future when the need arises.

I bought my second pair of earbuds but was having an issue with them staying in my ear. I reached out to ask for an exchange for a different style and now I am getting a new pair.

My head set quit working on one side. They took them back. My new set is in the mail now on its way to me. They very helpful in returning the item. And very friendly service. The bone conduction head set is one of the best that I have ever had. I absolutely love them. So glad they were still under warranty.
