Over the years have bought numerous pieces of furniture from Raymour and Flangan and this is the first time we have ever had an issue. Last spring bought outdoor furniture. Asked do we need to cover it or coat it since it will be outdoors, was told no, just bring in the cushions. After about 2 months, furniture was already fading and looking terrible. Went through the service department and was told there was nothing they could do pr would do as we did not cover the furniture or bring it indoors when not in use. Spoke with the manager and was told he could do an instore credit. Unfortunately for us we waited until this spring and now being told only the service department could give us a credit and there is nothing the store can do. Do not buy any wood product outdoor furniture from them. I feel like they have had numerous issues with this brand and do not want to stand behind it.

The Carle Place location was definitely the right place to order my furniture. Site said next day delivery. Order said delivery on Thursday (4 days). Email I received says 2 to 4 weeks. At this point I have NO idea when delivery will be made. POOR SERVICE!!!!
