had to return my Nommo V2 speaker set…

had to return my Nommo V2 speaker set as they stopped working after a few days. I tried support but got a "sorry something went wrong" message in the support chat, tried 5 times. Seriously disappointed as I have other Razer items but I wont be buying from them ever again due to the lack of support when something goes wrong, Currys told me they get a lot of returns due to poor standard componenets.

Never buy from Razer.com - its AI slop and stonewallingI bought a faulty gaming keyboard and they are stonewalling me with AI slop of a chat. No way to reach them.

WARNING DO NOT BUY TARTURUS * * *

WARNING DO NOT BUY ANY TARTURUS * * *Absolutly horrible software compatability.Purchaced a Tartarus v2, which is activly for sale. But the product only worked with their old software. Which was replaced last month. Barely got 3 month of use out of the product before it became an expensive paperweight. Given, it worked well for 3 months, but then was just completely useless. I have been trying all the recomended fixes from the support page, and fourms. But it seems this issue is normally occuring and has happened for other Razer Tarturus' for the last year or 2 with not that much company support, or fixes.

Terrible quality and awful customer service

Was a huge razer fan till my ultimate basilisk, started connected and disconnecting. Sent dozens of messages to them and nothing. Looked on forums and I am not alone. Oh and my headphones fell to bits after 15 months.....Dusted off my 10 year old logitech mouse , still works

UPDATE: Razer Kiyo failed just after 1 year - Razer won’t stand behind it

If I could give zero stars, I would. My Razer Kiyo camera stopped working just over a year with normal use. Razer support confirmed the device is defective.Despite confirming the defect and that it was purchased through an authorized seller, Razer refused to offer any replacement or credit because it was just outside the 1-year warranty. At that point, it’s no longer just a warranty issue, it’s about product quality and accountability.The support experience itself was also frustrating. Responses felt largely automated and repetitive, with little indication that my case was being reviewed with context. It took multiple follow-ups to get clear, direct answers.A $50 device like the Razer Kiyo should last longer than a year. The fact that it didn’t, and that Razer chose not to stand behind it, raises serious concerns about both durability and customer support.Razer had multiple opportunities to resolve this directly and chose not to.Update: Razer’s Customer Advocacy team asked me to escalate this via email, which I did. After reviewing the case, they still declined to offer any resolution, citing warranty restrictions - despite confirming that the device is defective and was purchased through an authorized seller. Their public response suggests a willingness to investigate, but in practice nothing changed, so it was all for optics on their part. This is not a warranty limitation - it is a decision not to stand behind their product.

Basilisk v3 35k pro

Basilisk v3 35k promouse wheel broke after less than 3 weeks ... this is by far the worst quality i've ever tried in 35 years of using a computer

Customer Satisfaction

Well im not a computer guy but my 6 year old is. Well we love the Razer Blackwindow V-4 Pro. When I talked with service department they were very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions the company kept me informed about were the product was when it left the postal service Moved and intently got a knock on my door and there was my knew RAZOR KEYBOARD AND im very very happy with it. As far as you all that everyone did and the amount of planning until it arrived at my door step im quite happy with over all experience and see nothing wrong with my new RAZOR KEYBOARD A-4 PRO.SINCERELY HENRY GASTELUM.

Mouse product sucks

Their mouse products are, by far, the worst I have ever used. I owned one, and the mouse wheel consistently broke after only a few months. The internal construction seemed cheaply made, almost as if held together with tape. I will never purchase this product again.
