I tried to do a sore pick up instead it…
I tried to do a sore pick up instead it shipped it to me. I called the customer service line to see if I could change it or cancel and purchase it again. I was told no and it was already shipped. It’s been over 24 hours and still have not received any email confirmation providing a tracking number or an official email simply saying it was shipped.

The sales force is the greatest
The sales force is the greatest. I only problem was with the delivery had to call four times to different people to get the problem corrected. Finally the sales man that helped us with the order got involved. We were set for the delivery at 7:30 am and took till 3:00 to finally get it delivered.

I had an issue with my account
I had an issue with my account. I didn’t have a great customer service experience at first, but Renee really turned it around. She was incredibly kind and provided great customer service. I was going to close my account with RC Willey, but she really changed my mind. My husband was also very happy with how she fixed the situation. I really hope she gets recognition for this because it really made my whole week with how kind she was.
