☆☆☆☆☆ (Zero Stars) – “Premium pricing, beta-testing audio.”This issue has been ongoing for a long time, and management doesn’t seem interested in fixing it. My visit on March 18, 2026 just confirmed that nothing has changed.Dialogues are too low, background music is also low, and songs have absolutely no punch. It’s a rare achievement to make every layer of audio equally underwhelming.The entire experience feels like it’s coming through 20-year-old desktop speakers—flat, hollow, and completely lacking immersion.For $22, I expected a theater-quality experience. Instead, I got something that my home setup easily outperforms.At this point, this isn’t a one-time issue—it’s a known, ongoing problem that’s being ignored.I’d genuinely like to hear from management: • Are these audio systems being calibrated at all? • Is anyone actually monitoring the experience in these auditoriums?Because customers are definitely noticing.Until this is fixed, it’s hard to justify paying premium prices for an experience that feels like a downgrade from home viewing.

This is in response to my initial review yesterday. I was disappointed due to the tickets at work confusion of having to pay for popcorn and soda. Today I received a call from Richard. Very polite and professional. He handled this situation perfectly. Refunded the entire amount of overpayment and was very sincere about getting to the bottom of why this occurred in the first place. I was stunned that someone even reached out, and less than 24 hours. So I would like to give a 5 star rating to Richard and Regal cinemas for handling this matter quickly. Thank you

Ok I ordered 4 clothing items from…

Ok I ordered 4 clothing items from regal. Sent three back and was compensated for 1. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Do not order from them. I spent $200 and wish I never ordered anything from them. They are thieves. I’ve repeatedly emailed them and have not been given a reason. Horrible

Well 2017 when worked before company why whomever bought Regal cinemas Knoxville Tennessee 2017 $3.6 billion bought all theaters ,& at FL my home state so 2020 did two in person interviews at Fort Myers FL stadium 20 Belltower employees, + managers are disrespectful rude don’t seem to care about anyone even caring for whomever is from all countries so since Regal cinema’s got bought by owners of Europe UK 🇬🇧 cineworld late 2017 $3.6 billion USA states ,& of Knoxville Tennessee HQ executive team employees shouldn’t hinder also all citizens worldwide nations so showing whomever we all ought to feel better caring for whomever with ,& without handicaps working for anyone you all can be overwhelming tiring stressful annoying dealing with all customers,& applicants yearly since Regal cinemas got bought anyone 2017 for $3.6 billion would Regal employees of full time ,& part time employees need to act sweeter to anyone whomever visits their theaters yearly ya of course would I or anyone feel coming rudely to when speaking poorly to any taxpayer from all countries unfair nope maybe if Regal when before been bought by UK 🇬🇧 cineworld since if USA Americans aren’t favored to anyone outside USA country makes me sad am European FL resident. CEO Knoxville HQ to view to retrain all employees properly to ask if how they all could’ve done better loving whomever equally all countries. Had to wait outside for theater to…

Had to wait outside for theater to open. Late opening and made excuses when I asked why. It was very cold in the theater watching the movie. No heat on.

Too loud sound system …

The theatre was fine and the seating good but the sound was so loud we had to plug our ears when the sound effects came on such as music or other noises. I have never heard such a loud system. The people next to us left early because of it. We were in the theatre that was playing Marty Supreme. They really need to adjust the sound.

Unprofessional and completely incompetent

Order a popcorn bucket from their site,it was promised to be here before Christmas highlighted by a yellow bar on their sirecwhitch they now removed like the liars they are. I contacted two departments just to be told i had the wrong one and now for three days the third department has been ignoring my email.USPS has been waiting for the package since the 7th and this incompetent scam company has my money and hasnt respond or contacted me on why my order i paid money for and was promised before Christmas isn't here. Dont waste youre time or money on this bottom tier company they dont give a shit about you or youre money they want that unemployment money. Thanks for ruining Christmas you pathetic amateur low rung shit company.

I drove in the pouring rain 23 miles to go to see the Andre Ruie movie and was told to go in theater 4 when they showed it in a different theater.After 30 minutes of advertisement I realized it was the wrong room.No Apologies we're given.I will never ever go into a Regal Theater Again

Absolute proof that there is no reason…

Absolute proof that there is no reason to ever go back to any cinema anymore. Just had great movie (Nuremburg) but not worth the hazzle. Lloyd Center, Portland, used to be the top shopping mall in Oregon, now it's an abandoned wasteland. Theater on the perimeter is about the only thing there. Had to wait in line while young folks decided which icee to buy. Take note, NOWHERE does Regal tell you how much the movie ticket is. Not on line, not on a price board in the theater, NOWHERE. Then had to "select" our seats on a screen, I want to walk in and pick my seat. (there were four tickets sold in about a 400 seat room) Clean enough, comfortable enough, just no reason to do it. That movie will be available on one of my 400 plus channels back home, and hazzle just not worth the trouble.
