Shady online store
I ordered an item from Rehab Store on 2/24. Their website states orders ship same day or next business day at latest. Two weeks later I had not received shipping confirmation. I asked for my order to be canceled and refunded and was told that it had been and I would be refunded in 3-5 business days. 5 business days passed so I called customer service. I was told that the manufacturer had not canceled the order yet so it still has not been refunded. I told them this was unacceptable and they needed to refund me immediately. I was told I would now receive a refund within 2 business days. The call center sounded like it was in someone's living room. This place is shady and I will never shop here again.

Could not locate or create an account…
Could not locate or create an account or locate a prior one. There was a problem proving I am human. Pictures were murky. Info. was automatically erased. Prices were high and could not use coupon code. Items would not easily go into cart. Finally logged in with google. I don't like using these invasive websites. I had an account at one time, but I was not recognized. The products are good. The website is something else.i
