Amazing service and team
Renderforest has been a great platform for my music content. The visualiser templates have helped me make my YouTube videos look far more professional, and they’ve genuinely been useful for presenting my tracks in a stronger way. I also had a positive experience with their support team, who were helpful and quick to respond. Overall, it’s been a valuable tool for my channel, and I’d definitely recommend it to other creators.

Having enjoyed Renderforest since 2022…
Having enjoyed Renderforest since 2022 I think it’s time to look elsewhere. Took my subscription to Pro still waiting for them to add AI credits have been in touch with customer service 3 times only to be told they will pass it on to the relevant team and they will be in touch. Customer service needs to be pro-active not ignorant to the fact. Shame after 4 years I shall be moving to another platform.

Everythin got so slow...
I really liked Renderforest at the beginning and so subscribed to the yearly plan, but exports and rendering are getting slower and slower from day to day especially during the peak ours (USA & Brasilia). It's almost unusable. Just to change the text size for a video you have to wait 5-10 minutes to see how it looks (and you have to change it often till it looks good). Such a waste of time and money!

Quite an overseller
Their website editor is honestly pretty limited in how it lets you customize your site. I couldn't find the way to remove some of the graphics that got generated, or format the text in any meaningful way. Disappointing to say the least

A game changer for Startups
Awesome features. Short learning curve and very intuitive. I could create a product explainer video without any knowledge of video editing in just a couple hours of signing up for Renderforest. The same that editors were asking for thosands of dollars. This is a blessing in disguise for startups

Fraud they try to charge undue money
Fraud they try to charge undue money. I received a tentative of charge for 236€ during the night and I do not use their service sing two years.I answered to paddle to be aware that this company steal money but paddle itself is structured to never answer and continue charging so I locked my credit card and goodbye 👋. Stay away, you will never be able to get off this service forever!
