Updating T&Cs then refusing access to app and logging you out, unless you accept. Also had previous model couple years ago, bought a fresh one they changed apps. Not the way to run a company

The smart scales are very good providing detailed consistent measurements. There are a small number of measurements such as the WHR that are not accurate but they are consistent which is most important. If you're using these scales to track overall health trends they are very helpful.Easy to set up different users and very detailed reportsDefinitely recommended!

I can’t speak to experience of ordering direct (which is what a lot of poor reviews seem to relate to) as I bought the scales from Argos. But had the scales a year and I have never had a “smart” product that is so little hassle. Set it up once with no fuss and it just works. When I switch the scales on near my phone, it links to my phone. When my husband does the same it links to his phone. No faffing with Bluetooth connections or connecting to the wrong device or banging your head against a wall over pairing codes like with other smart devices. I don’t know how it does it. It just works.

I ordered a smart scale. Upon receiving it I decided it wasn't what I was looking for. I have been trying to return the device for almost 2 weeks now. The support staff initially told me they would not refund me. When I directed them to their own "hassle-free" refund policy they then agreed to refund it but have not sent me a return shipping label as they said they would. This is really ridiculous behaviour and in contravention of UK consumer rights laws.

I like this scale. The app is much easier to use than the Hume App. I bought a Hume scale that was supposed to be for multiple users. The scale is not accurate, it’s not easy to use, and the app is not good. I bought this scale and like it a lot. It’s easy to use. Seems pretty accurate. Took about 10’daysntonget here. I like it.

I ordered a MorphoScan in early March. A week later I heard no further advice about delivery date then I asked. The reply is it is out of stock and I have to wait up to mid April! Not a whisper till I asked. This is really cheating when in the internet they say sell 5000 pcs daily....

The Customer Service is almost non-existent. I have been trying to have a new bike fixed or returned since it arrived in January. It has had a series of electronic problems. When you phone the service number, it tells you to leave a message. No one answers the phone. Ever. When you send an email it takes days or weeks to get a response and the response is generally not helpful. I reported my concerns to the Better Business Bureau. They advise that they have reached out to Renphon and, not surprisingly, no one returns their calls. Do not expect anything to be done if you are sold a defective product..March 23 2026 - Renpho has issued me a refund and an apology for their customer service issues. And they did not ask me to update this review. Credit to Renpho.

Avoid!!!Placed an order on February 14th but decided to cancel my order soon after. I emailed customer service within 15 minutes of placing the order to cancel but no response. Someone eventually responded and to me and said I could return the item for an 100% refund which I responded to saying yes. Someone then emailed asking if i wanted to have a 50% refund and keep the item after I had previously asked for a full refund and to return the product. They agreed and said a shipping label to return the item had been processed and would be sent to me immediately. Fast forward 2 weeks and there is still no sign of the label. I have emailed several times chasing this up and have not had a single reply. It’s now only 1 week left of the 30 day returns period so i’m guessing they are trying to drag it out as long as possible and then claim the returns period is over. If my query is not resolved by Sunday I will just send the item back anyway with copies of my correspondence with them stating I was eligible for a full refund. Absolutely awful customer service, would not recommend at all avoid, just seem like scammers trying to keep peoples money
