Customer service English was poor
Customer service English was poor. The cancelled my transaction after "review", but did not actually listen to my answers to their questions. Once they cancel your transaction, there is no appeal accept they just repeat the same drivel as the "compliance" person. Not acceptable. Very disappointed. I have an account and have used them many many times, but this time they said that they cancelled for "my security". I don't need Ria to be my money transfer police or security. I am a grown man and am quite capable of making money decisions. Did I say very disappointed already? Yes, very disappointed.
