Love this ring!
Love this ring! Looks great, super long battery life, accurate data, no subscription required. I especially appreciate the customer service - they responded so quickly and completely took care of my issue. It was amazing. Highly recommend.

Truly love being able to double track…
Truly love being able to double track my health. Been using it for a few months now and it is still comfortable to wear, the battery last at least 10 days, and it keeps me focused on tracking my sleep.

Rapid Battery Degradation
The first 10 months with my RingConn Gen 2 were genuinely great — 11 to 14 days on a single charge, every time. I was careful with it too, never letting it drain below 30% or charging past 80%.Then the battery just fell off a cliff. I'm now getting maybe 4 days out of a full charge. Contacted support, they were friendly but basically said battery wear isn't covered. Fair enough, I guess, but 10 months? That's not normal wear and tear.Look, I get that batteries degrade — but going from two weeks to four days this quickly doesn't feel right for a ring in this price range. If you're thinking about buying one, seriously consider the Care+ plan. I wish I had.Really liked everything else about the ring, which makes this even more annoying.

I struggled to wear other trackers…
I struggled to wear other trackers while sleeping. Most of the time I forget I’m even wearing my ring. Not only are the insights great, it’s so comfortable to wear. I recommend it to anyone asking.

Issue Resolved, but Frustrating Return Experience Due to Logistics Error
The issue was eventually resolved, and I appreciate that a replacement was provided. However, the overall experience was frustrating due to the logistics partner’s inability to generate a technically correct return label.The label lacked mandatory information and was repeatedly rejected by the postal service, which caused unnecessary delays and required multiple contacts with customer support. This could have been avoided with a properly prepared return label from the outset.

I have been wearing my ring for about 3…
I have been wearing my ring for about 3 weeks now, and I love it! My only negative is that it does not convert steps to miles for the distance that I have traveled that day- this is the only metric I “gave up” in switching from my Garmin (and Fitbit prior to). Otherwise the data is fantastic and it’s so comfortable!

Best Purchase of 2026
(I got the RingConn Gen Air 2) I was a little skeptical about the ring, seeing as there was no subscription fee for using their services to track your health stats. This ring has completely changed the way I track my sleep, my stress levels and my health overall. The ring is super lightweight, the battery does last about 10 days and it charges up to a full battery in less than an hour. Honestly, would recommend this ring for anyone who’s looking to get an insight of their health and not pay a hefty price!
