The order was estimated to arrive by…

The order was estimated to arrive by 3/25. It didn't even ship until 3/25 and says estimated arrival 3/30. These are prenatal vitamins which are something I NEED to take and can't go without.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service! Second sometime in the last year their formula changed and I started getting a severe reaction to the Essential for woman. I have been taking this since mid 2020. I have tried everything to try to keep taking it but after, stopping starting, changing the time I took it and how I took it, still the same bad reaction. Today customer service is so bad, you ask a question about canceling and getting money back from two bottles unopened and crickets on the other end, Then no one responds, either that is what they are told to RESPOND or they need more training. Still don't know if my subscription is canceled and still have two unopened bottles I can't use, This is honest and real

I have been taking Ritual over 50…

I have been taking Ritual over 50 vitamins for years! It has everything I need in a multivitamin. There is no after taste like in most vitamins! It has a minty taste! Love this product!

I have been a customer for years

I have been a customer for years. So, with that history of experience, I have found several issues with the company. First, the freshness of the product can be seen visually. Darker vitamins are older. I know this because I've had some that I've had to store and they turn dark. On occasion, I have been sent 'old' vitamins in my order. Secondly, and more concerning. At least 3 times, I have 'Snoozed' my subscription and received a confirmation of the delayed shipping. Yet, the company still sent the product and charged me. Their operation is not reliable.

Let down service

Their customer service looks like AI based / no phone human contact. There is no human factor in servicing their human clients! Their responses are like they are responding robots!

Scam-adjacent behavior, customer service is horrendous- stay away

They shipped me supplements that expire in roughly 40 days with absolutely no disclosure. Like a normal customer, I was finishing my previous bottle and didn’t open this one for about a week. By the time I did, the remaining shelf life was so short that the product was effectively useless- I threw the entire bottle in the trash.Customer service made it worse. I dealt with a rep named Fiann, who could not give a straight answer about something incredibly basic: what timeframe they expect customers to actually use the product. The responses were vague, evasive, and showed zero willingness to think from a customer’s perspective. Somehow, the customer is expected to unpack and start consuming supplements immediately for this to “make sense.”This is not a mistake, it’s a business practice. Sending near-expired products and then hiding behind ambiguity is unacceptable. I’m disputing the charge with my bank and will never order from this company again.

Good product, bad company = scam

I actually like the product (berry flavour is yuck but pineapple is delicious), and it actually works. But the customer service makes it feel like a scam. You can't actually change or cancel your order on the website. I tried to cut the berry flavoured Quiet Dose from my monthly order and just get one of the pineapple flavour delivered each month, but it's impossible to change your order/"subscription" on the website. It's kinda sad to see a good product (that I want to buy) being ruined by a really shitty company that won't let you just buy the stuff you want, and scams you out of your money for the crap you don't want.

I ordered vitamins for 146 dollars

I ordered vitamins for 146 dollars knowing that the pills will arrive on January 4th, my flight was on the 5th. Meanwhile they change the delivery date to January 8th and there is no one to talk to. They are scamming people

Impressed!

I am kind of surprised by all the negative reviews because I just started with the vitamins, and I am really impressed. It's also easy to cancel your subscription if you aren't satisfied, so I'm unclear what the issue is. Anyway, I ordered the HyaCera, Sleep, Omega-3 DHA & EPA and Synbiotic+. I have only been taking them for a month, but I decided to switch from another vitamin company and so far so good. I can definately tell I am sleeping better so that's HUGE!! Thanks!
