Unit is beautiful and the delivery was seamless
I was in touch with the warehouse who was able to ship it to me when I moved in, even though I had purchased the item prior. The item was beautiful when I unboxed it and you could see great care was taken to transport the unit. I am so happy with it.

Great customer service
Great customer service, helpful and patient and honest. Was at the shop 10 times before i finally made the decision, they were very helpful in the process

Awful delivery service
Awful delivery service. Cannot track customer orders. Disconnect between RJ and courier company. Told 3 weeks ago courier company had our order. Courier company says they only have 50%. RJ says they can't get hold of courier company. Customer forced to chase everyone down.

It is a beautiful piece unfortunately…
It is a beautiful piece unfortunately it took over 4 months to arrive which is disappointing but ok however the table has a defect in that there is a crease in the top edge. This is the price I pay for living in the Northern Territory and wanting nice furniture that has to be online purchased rather than store bought
